Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

@VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

So onto day 6 of NO SERVICE with @VodafoneUK. Todays excuse, its a Sunday so no-one is working. I'd laugh if I wasn't so angry. Now told wait ANOTHER 24 hours and no problem sir.. Anyway got the names of the call centre staff now so can hold them accountable.

My SIM only deal for two phones coming to an end with @VodafoneUK. You can't renew online unless you buy a new phone as well 🤬. They don't answer the phone and wait for online help is never ending.
