Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

So @VodafoneUK, I wanted to change the email address on my account. After going through 3 login screens, and 3 sets of 2FA codes to get there, I discover the "Change" button doesn't even work. 👏

They are notorious round here for constantly claiming attempted deliveries when they’ve done no such thing. @VodafoneUK 7 weeks without a stable Internet connection has taken its toll. We have had to relocate for 2 x 2 week periods just to get a Internet signal. The Scottish guys in the WiFi experts team have been sympathetic but have no control over the easy switch team.
