They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

@VodafoneUK 1/2 I have had a very distressing experience with you. I had some amazing reps trying to sort things out both on SM & over the phone but the issue grew into a giant mess where you have some conflicting info on me I can't pass security but sometimes I do. So
