He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

Keeps changing every few minutes which is a right pain the arse when I access something for work locked down to my IP and keep having to update. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.
