@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

@VodafoneUK your broadband has been intermittent all morning and pretty crap this last month. Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty shitty.

@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been a loyal customer for over 25 years and now business account. I wanted to upgrade but Vodafone didn’t give me a good deal, so I went on sim only the advisor told me I only to be on it for 3 months then I could cancel. I went to cancel today and was told I had to £300.

@VodafoneUK Hi there. Currently DH is online chatting with your technicians. So far it has taken FIVE hours and still no resolution. Apparently the activation of an eSIM while waiting for the activation of a real SIM (why can’t this be immediate BTW) is beyond your team.
