    @VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network

    @Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK Hopefully that solves the problem phones are great but the slightest thing and they are no better than 2 baked bean cans and a piece of string lol you would of thought they would show a bit more urgency with your dad being disabled.i always play the Disability card

    @VodafoneUK been a customer for 12 years. Perhaps you wouldn't have lost a loyal customer if you had got your communication sorted out. The only thing I got was a text saying my Spotify subscription was being cancelled. Nothing else. Since requesting a PAC code 4 calls. Too late.

    @VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

    @CityFibre Don’t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

    @CPWTweets @VodafoneUK really poor customer services. Selling an ipad to a vulnerable customer and ringing her 7 times in the space of 4 hours. Came into an O2 store for help to cancel it and CPW Advisor told her to ring back when at home (probably to talk her out of cancelling)

    @VodafoneUK The ipad was via cpw but with Vodafone. I rung CPW for her (passed over to customer to confirm cancellation and details) and cpw advisor asked customer to call back when at home not good when customer is vulnerable.

    @VodafoneUK It’s been ongoing for 18 months now. I’ve contacted you about it before, I swapped my SIM card for a new one, done countless resets of my phone but nothing helps. The only conclusion is it’s your network. 6 months and counting before I can leave 🙌🏼
