@VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

@Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

@VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network

@VodafoneUK Over 4G, not a problem at all. But two vodafone phones, connecting to a vodafone router via wifi, they connect but a message says 'No internet connection' and nothing works. All over devices via wifi and Ethernet are fine, hence Tweeting you now.
