@VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

@VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network

@VodafoneUK been a customer for 12 years. Perhaps you wouldn't have lost a loyal customer if you had got your communication sorted out. The only thing I got was a text saying my Spotify subscription was being cancelled. Nothing else. Since requesting a PAC code 4 calls. Too late.

@CityFibre Don’t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.

@VodafoneUK how can you justify increasing the entire bill due to "increased costs of running the network" when most people have a device included in their plan? Evo plan or not the increase should only apply to the airtime plan, this is a slap in the face to your customers.

She has spend over 8 hours this week to customer service. She has made formal complaints to various people she's spoken to and has written a handwritten letter of complaint. Each customer service agent has been very patronising towards her @VodafoneUK

God I hate being a @ThreeUK “customer” I get no 5g and 4g tops out at 1mb/s Call support and all they can do is say reboot the phone or offer to add Wi-Fi calling to the contract Meanwhile the work phone gets 20mb easy on @VodafoneUK
