@VodafoneUK telling me he needs my debit card rather than asking if I could put it in the card machine. This is the first time I have been with your company and this experience was absolutely terrible. Your employee was more interested in pressing me on whether he will get his money back -

EV Man UK (@evmanuk) reported from Cowling, England

@sc101_101 @ToninhoPapoose @VodafoneUK How can I run the tool? Or even download it? It won’t work on a phone (which is on 4G anyway). I should point out after this message, it goes no further. Run that and that’s it. Beach to beginning of the ‘help’.

  • HannahDoubleyou
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK He also couldn’t find our account that we had already made online when we had attempted to purchase this pack previously, for which we were promised a £2 monthly discount on the live chat by a colleague for the issues that occurred which made that purchase unsuccessful

  • HannahDoubleyou
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

  • OZWELDO

@VodafoneUK Clue in 1st sentence. It's not or never has been a Vodafone device which is why I ask what rights you have to lock it to your network. Only responses to this question have been lies

  • HannahDoubleyou
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England

@VodafoneUK - and then he started to stress that we must pay things such as council tax. As a responsible tenant who already is highly aware of this I found this absolutely shocking, and this has upset me very much. The whole process was horrible and I felt misinformed and made to feel a -

    DiKey (@xcetveli) reported

@VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

  • screechy451738
    @screechy (@screechy451738) reported

@VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a £555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.

  • joshorangepeel
    Josh Peel (@joshorangepeel) reported

@VodafoneUK waste of time speaking to complaint manager, couldn't even make sense , telling me "cant do anything for me" NO ITS THAT YOU REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING absolutely evil company . CUSTOME LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE

  • DavieCuthbert
    Davie J Cuthbert (@DavieCuthbert) reported

@IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Any FEMALE employee should be going to HR. Unacceptable, these creatures are living out a fantasy fetish. Should not only be banned but given guidance to seek HELP. This is an illness.

  • AlThePlebb
    AlThePleb (@AlThePlebb) reported

@VodafoneUK I'm a loyal broadband customer trying to spend money on a new S26 Ultra, but I can't get past your TOBi bot. Does anyone actually work there?

  • Sheffield128
    Delwar Ullah (@Sheffield128) reported

@VodafoneUK Gemini has just told me she’s now on your platform that is fantastic. I’ve got a on my phone right now. Can I make a little suggestion? Get rid of Toby? Let Gemini do that job from a customer that has been with you since 1995.

  • ourdancefamily
    Michael Dance (@ourdancefamily) reported

.@SMARTYMobileUK is a waste of space. Their live chat asks you a load of trash and to cancel a sim is a pain in the arse. Why can’t a mobile company see the account you’ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, let’s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!

  • BozBey58
    BozBey (@BozBey58) reported

@VodafoneUK Why would a company like yours, which makes billions of dollars, use some pointless virtual assistant called Tobi? Because of that stupid Tobi, I can't get my work done, nor can I connect with a customer agent. I've never seen such a stupid system.

  • stimmo64
    Barrie Stimpson (@stimmo64) reported

Hi @VodafoneUK , I renewed my contract in January, and paid the said fees. Since then, every payment has increased from Feb to May. Will the price go up every month? Or will I find at some point it isn’t? PS, I’ve been with you 23 years, but I don’t think we’ll make 25. Poor.

  • WheresWilly8
    Where's ***** (@WheresWilly8) reported

@Deathisreal99 @VodafoneUK It isn’t. They’re absolute ******* ****. Well, unless you are only used to using them.
