@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

@VodafoneUK your broadband has been intermittent all morning and pretty crap this last month. Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty shitty.

So it's not VodafoneUK charging in the end. It isn’t VodafoneUK that changed the terms & conditions. Safaricom agreed to let a customer pay this amount. VodafoneUK isn't profiteering anything significant. Safaricom's the one making most of the money off of a roaming call. /3

@VodafoneUK why does it take Vodafone so long to resolve a issue so now after a swap of handsets and 2 times it’s been for repair , you either swap the phone for a Different model replacement or accept the phone back and terminate my contract you have till 12 tomorrow otherwise
