    @VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

    @VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

    @VodafoneUK Are unprofessional,unpleasant and are very happy to take money and not supply a service. Under investigation,by offcom,they are not what they seem. Customer care staff are rude and unhelpful,they find it amusing they are ripping people off.

    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK awful customer service from yourselves 2 days after moving over to your network I get a text restricting my account then a block within the minute saying there’s fraud on my account I sent driving licence in and apparently it takes 72 hours to remove I’m fuming
