Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

@VodafoneUK so I again tried to call you. Asked for a call back and was told 26-42 mins. That was 2.5 hrs ago. No call back. In store yesterday. Systems down. I shall take my contract elsewhere as I am up. I'll just cancel direct debit. Take this as my leaving notice.

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@VodafoneUK Litteslly got passed around like so many times hence why it took so long. Your systems were slow. Customer service eexoeifence wasn't the best. The final agent was most helpful where that he had to cancel 17 other pending orders. It just got a bit out of hand.
