Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

@VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

@VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

@VodafoneUK any idea why 4g is only working on band 20 in ka12 at the moment I can normally connect on band 1 so I've just taken a bandwidth hit by a factor of 10 . 50Mbps down to less than 5Mbps now is there an issue ?? Or is this part of your 5G 'upgrades'.
