    @VodafoneUK hi guys, I've requested an NUC code 3 times first on 10th of June and the last time your service centre requested it on 30 June.. I've still not received anything.. What can I do to get this?

    @VodafoneUK Still no Internet after 1.5 weeks. Ticket raised 836594 Supposed to be working from home. Cannot speak to any advisors as the lines are so bad.

    I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

    @mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

    @VodafoneUK tonnes of trouble connecting my Apple Watch to your network despite paying the extra £7 to do so!! Hours of messing with your technical team over chat and still no nearer! Can somebody help

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @VodafoneUK your broadband has been intermittent all morning and pretty crap this last month. Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty shitty.

    So @VodafoneUK, I wanted to change the email address on my account. After going through 3 login screens, and 3 sets of 2FA codes to get there, I discover the "Change" button doesn't even work. 👏

    @DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    @ConnaireMcG @O2 It’s not just the O2 signal. @VodafoneUK is the same. There is a bad signal, never mind 5G we can’t get 3G. It’s proving difficult to run a business in the area when the infrastructure is so bad. Broadband is hit and miss too.

    @Askvodafonegh @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGhana ...she indicated she never got any notification on her phone as well so after you check the transaction records and confirm for me the money went through, kindly contact her with an SMS/Call and inform her of the details of this report.

    @VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK @Sadunzylmz I have to say that l’ve been using Vodafone for years including the uk. Unfortunately Vodafone in Turkey does not treat its customers kindly. They charge me even though l didn’t buy an extra package. They don’t solve this problem of mine.

    Hey want to be with a provider with terrible signal, bad customer service (except management) still take your money when the contract was cancelled, be on the phone pass to different people as no one wants to deal with the problems they causes. Look no further join @VodafoneUK 🤬

    @VodafoneUK, 2 weeks after I told you that my router was broken you finally acknowledge it (only after I demonstrated it to you). Now its going to take *4 DAYS* to get me a replacement? Really not #feeltheconnection. Very, very bad service.
