Under investigation,by offcom,they are not what they seem. Customer care staff are rude and unhelpful,they find it amusing they are ripping people off.

You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.
