    @Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, my internet connection is down, which has left me without internet and any phone services. This has been going on since I switched providers to you. I have repeatedly reported this issue and contacted you but there seems to be nobody that wants to help!!

    @CityFibre can you help,pls? It’s over 4 weeks since you came out to my business to connect us on behalf of @VodafoneUK and I am being told you are still awaiting @KirkleesCouncil permission to connect me. How long does it normally take to get permission to dig in the footpath?

    Dear @VodafoneUK , if you're going to start charging £800 for £400 phones, I'm not going to hang around long and go to SIM only deals on all my lines currently with you. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G is not £802 ! Lol

    @VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

    @VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network

    So to upgrade my phone with @VodafoneUK will cost me £200 because I still have until October on the contract... how about you wave the fee because you've shifted me for years on absolutely **** data speeds? Unlimited max 4G capability in my area is 43mb/s What I get: 2mb/s.

    @Donsarkcess Don’t do it. Joined Thursday and they have cut my number off without telling me. @VodafoneUK have changed number without permission Friday night they said they fix in 24 hrs + they lied. They are taking up to 26 minutes per question to reply to on chat. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

    @SherifEmad_ @TheBlackNerd @VodafoneUK broadband is appalling though. I have been royally screwed by them and the customer service person is deliberately taking 20+ minutes to reply each time. I am seriously considering driving down to Newbury to have it out with someone. Nice Pyramids though.

    @AlexkershawTSM Danger, swapping to @VodafoneUK broadband is problematic. I did it this week and they changed my number without telling me. Now anyone calling us gets a dead line. We are awaiting critical hi e calls we cannot receive. Vodafone said 24 hours to fix. They LIED. Still not fixed.

    @Xpertgasassist @VodafoneProbs @VodafoneUK I have order new sim from the vi app twise but every time they have can cancel the order without any information with out any call why they cancel my order. Many times I call the vi customer care support but answer is null. Plz look into tha matter

    @MPD_Online Your colleague helped me earlier, "sim not provisioned" message has gone, now I'm just getting "not registered on network" if I try and make a call. Still no email from @VodafoneUK setting up my account 🤷
