@VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, my internet connection is down, which has left me without internet and any phone services. This has been going on since I switched providers to you. I have repeatedly reported this issue and contacted you but there seems to be nobody that wants to help!!

@VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

@VodafoneUK Tran, long story short 5G not working on new iPhone. Have been troubleshooting - work Samsung has 5G ok. Swapped work and personal SIMs and problem moves with SIM eliminating iPhone from problem. I just need to speak with a human being to resolve this issue…
