@VodafoneUK your broadband has been intermittent all morning and pretty crap this last month. Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty shitty.

@VodafoneUK i cant get on my vodafone iphone app it tells me to turn off wifi and connect through the phone network when i do this it says keep trying in 10 seconds

Honest to god. I have never had such bad experience than I have with @VodafoneUK. Been lied to and mislead constantly. Being told different things, no one listening to me. Just completely useless. I can’t even explain!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

Hey @VodafoneUK whats the customer service email address for complaints? My partner's mother was supposed to have her install today. Nobody turned up, nobody called and now apparently you've known about a fault for a while but never informed your customer. 😳

@slowcrushh Don’t get me started. Last year I was a @VodafoneUK customer - thought it would have been easy to renew my SIM. Anyway, it resulted in them offering me the chance to appeal a credit check involving someone else’s data!!
