@DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@VodafoneUK Absolutely no help here either, just referred back to customer services who are also of no use. Refusing to give a customer a Pac is breaking ofcom regulations and l will now make an official complaint on their website @Ofcom This is what you get for 18 years loyalty!

@VodafoneUK I have spoken to chat about 12 times (literally). Now have tech support telling me configs etc are wrong. Oh and I have no mobile data left…and no broadband so it’s farewell to the world, until my broadband comes back online..
