Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

Keeps changing every few minutes which is a right pain the arse when I access something for work locked down to my IP and keep having to update. She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! I’d even emailed.
