@VodafoneUK you are rubbish. no phone contact number To talk about a bill . You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Contact me now or ofcom next

@Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

But its not them thats awful, its the quality of the network. So if you choose others/don't have the virgin choice, then all you are choosing is customer service
