Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

Keeps changing every few minutes which is a right pain the arse when I access something for work locked down to my IP and keep having to update. So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone.
