    @VodafoneUK He also couldn’t find our account that we had already made online when we had attempted to purchase this pack previously, for which we were promised a £2 monthly discount on the live chat by a colleague for the issues that occurred which made that purchase unsuccessful

    @VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

    @CrazyStairs1986 @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Hi Chris, I've not dealt with CityFibre directly, only with Vodafone. I think only the WiFi 'xperts' are able to see the outage information for full fibre so need to be transferred to them. Unfortunately they just say they have no estimate for when it will be fixed.

    Seriously not impressed by the fact that due to a "technical issue", @VodafoneUK customers including myself haven't been able to access or use their #VeryMeRewards for two days. The rewards have been pretty good lately so to be missing out is extremely irritating...
