Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

@VodafoneUK so having trouble accessing account, no problems as you send a code to my phone, except the code is letters and numbers and your website only accepts numbers not any letters! How does that work! After 3 attempts I've given up and decided to change provider!

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK I'm now out of my contract with Vodafone and now have a new provider. Vodafone's broadband is the WORST EVER. I complained every time and basically they only ever said it's working normally. Vodafone should be BANNED from being a provider.

What a shambles. Ordered a mobile wifi dongle from @VodafoneUK last week next day delivery because I needed last weekend. Never arrived so wanted to call and cancel. Spent 2 hours on hold and when I explained the problem. They hung up on me. 🤬😡
