@VodafoneUK ….. what does a customer need to do to cancel a home broadband contract? Impossible to contact you by phone and your assistant TOBI puts you into a never ending queue. After trying to upgrade to fibre to fibre the service has been appalling so time to leave. Help!!

@VodafoneUK I switched to Vodafone, from a previous supplier, for my home broadband supply, plus landline phone, in November 2022. The broadband works ok, but Vodafone has failed to connect our landline properly. Phoned numerous times and told ‘it’s a porting issue’.

@fazdeak @VodafoneUK Which means there’s something wrong with the router design as it’s designed to have the 4G kick in - my router still showed that as far as it was concerned my service (full fibre) was on but I defiantly was getting no internet at the time. It’s back again now, outage wasn’t long
