    @EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I have made a formal complaint to you and was told a 48 hour window of when you would contact me back. I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

    @VodafoneUK I have just had a call from a lady talking to me about renewing my sim only contract. A) it’s not due to renew until September and B) surely this is non essential work and that lady should be at home safe and not working unnecessarily. #StayAtHome #protectyourstaff

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @VodafoneUK hi. We can’t log into our broadband account as it wants to text us a code but I can’t receive codes with my mobile provider. Currently having really slow intermittent internet and need it sorting. Been like this for a long time now. Tried switching router on/off 😞

    How is it that a speed test shows a good speed but in reality it's so slow. Regretting moving to @VodafoneUK for their broadband. Shocking service. Much better on @SkyUK which uses the same lines. Clearly some harsh traffic management policies.
