@VodafoneUK I have just had a call from a lady talking to me about renewing my sim only contract. A) it’s not due to renew until September and B) surely this is non essential work and that lady should be at home safe and not working unnecessarily. #StayAtHome #protectyourstaff

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I have made a formal complaint to you and was told a 48 hour window of when you would contact me back. I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

@EE @O2 thanks for cutting off mobile service to my and my son’s mobiles as soon as PAC codes requested while we’re still on airtime we’ve paid for and before we’ve got @VodafoneUK sims. Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

Not sure who I’d speak to about a mobile phone blackspot for @VodafoneUK and @EE - both my work and personal phones barely function at Hartford station in Cheshire. Maps show good coverage but the station is in a cutting & in an emergency both are no use 😔

@VodafoneUK More bs. Having reported the issue on a number of occasions. It should have been escalated then but no. You couldn’t be at sec to do that, even after doing test over the phone. Crap service waiting for your customer to continue to report the same issue
