    @virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    Day 14 of the @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup debacle still no watch or phone working and now they are not calling me a pre-arranged. Really really poor service from #Vodafone. Had a laugh when they emailed me about me Bill not being paid though. #clowns

    @RussellHastings @VodafoneUK Been with them years too and got three lines with them and yet it counts for nothing when you have an issue .... I’ve said every time one of the lines is due an upgrade that I’m going elsewhere but then like a numpty I stay with them....

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Friend is trying to unlock his phone from your network using NUC code. Had the code ready but when he turns phone of and on with new simcard in the phone DOESN'T show a prompt saying Enter NUC code. Any help? Phone was bought from Vodaphone store.
