Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

We were even told to buy a network expander, rather than them sending us a new router. My OH is an idiot. He’s now paying more for something that’s supposed to make wifi better. It hasn’t.
