Day 14 of the @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup debacle still no watch or phone working and now they are not calling me a pre-arranged. Really really poor service from #Vodafone. Had a laugh when they emailed me about me Bill not being paid though. #clowns

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@RussellHastings @VodafoneUK Been with them years too and got three lines with them and yet it counts for nothing when you have an issue .... I’ve said every time one of the lines is due an upgrade that I’m going elsewhere but then like a numpty I stay with them....

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@VodafoneUK hi, I have put an order in on the 13/07 to upgrade my broadband. This is the second time I've tried to do this, and the second time no one has been in touch, and no upgrade has happened. I don't know what the problem is with my plan to upgrade!
