@EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

Currently impressed at @VodafoneUK's engagement in trying to resolve slow speed issues. Sods law it ain't happening as bad right now. It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.

@zanti @VodafoneUK Yes, but compared with the likes of other networks, my tablet has a @virginmedia SIM in it and that consistently gets between 70-100Mbps.. And they don't even run their own mobile network!

@VodafoneUK I have never had customer service like it. 4 hours on chat 14 incorrect advisors to upgrade my mobile wifi. I got fed up and said best I just cancel contract getting no where response no problem 30 day notice activated!! Wow bye Vodafone.never again.

@VodafoneUK …I’m told we can change order, but I have to speak to ‘Returns’ to cancel the order I don’t have!!! Then after supposedly waiting to be put through to ‘Returns Dept’ and being put further on hold…a fresh agent answers from a call centre & asks ‘how she can help?’

@VodafoneUK Now after being on the phone for almost 1 hour & 15 mins, I explain the situation AGAIN. I’m told to wait 3 mins. Another 3 mins! Then I’m put on hold & ….get cut off! No surprise, no-one bothers to call me back. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.
