Maybe if the advisers were actually real people there might be a chance you could help…….?

Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls.

It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.
