Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls.

It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.

Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.
