Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!

Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls.
