Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls.

It's still slow in comparison to what it was pre-covid (about half). But we'll see what comes out of the case being raised. Thank you Vodafone.

I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.
