Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls.

I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.
