Raised complaint and requested call to be listened to, not happened and complaint closed! Need advise pls.

Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

Really helpful, my business is unworkable without a phone. Odd that both went same day!!!
