    @virginmedia your price increases are just ridiculous - it’s gone up by 1/3 since I started. @SkyUK @TalkTalk @Plusnet @bt_uk @VodafoneUK anyone offer something better as virgin have never offered anything to keep business.

    @VodafoneUK i cant get on my vodafone iphone app it tells me to turn off wifi and connect through the phone network when i do this it says keep trying in 10 seconds

    @bt_uk Phone and broadband with @VodafoneUK but lines provided by openreach. It was @bt_uk engineers in the cab when it all went slow.

    @RingGo_parking Very sorry for the delay! No I’m on the current public release. However it would appear it was @VodafoneUK issues as when tried other apps they were slow to update or not connect at all.

    @VodafoneUK so I again tried to call you. Asked for a call back and was told 26-42 mins. That was 2.5 hrs ago. No call back. In store yesterday. Systems down. I shall take my contract elsewhere as I am up. I'll just cancel direct debit. Take this as my leaving notice.

    @VodafoneUK so I’m getting a discount on my broadband as I’m not getting the speeds but you won’t let me cancel for free, you alnowledge it’s below average speeds and doesn’t work but I can’t leave. Shocking service

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    . @VodafoneUK VodafoneCust spent 2.5 hrs on the ph to various depts 2day, expecting a call back from one of your CS reps (I have his name) rgard a call I made Thurs. promised he would get back to me 2day. 2day I have spoken to incompetent people & still have no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK I don’t get why it shouldn’t be possible - my wife has perfect 5G signal on the same route with BT. If it were a new or temporary thing or out in the sticks it might be understandable but it’s the middle of London and has never been sorted. Vodafone really should address it

    @VodafoneUK @AFZOK I was a Bvb10 customer, and seemed to have opted out by accident, when I dial 2345 I’ve roped up but it won’t top up as bvb 10 but it won’t let me select it as a Bvb option because it says I’m still on Bvb, but I’m not and it won’t let me select it, I’ve tried tx’in Bvb10 to 2345

    @heathbakersrest @VodafoneUK One of the worst customer experiences i've had. They raised a fault on my line as was getting 1/2 the guaranteed speed, and now they're saying they've investigated and was no fault. Yet i've just done a speed check direct on router and 200Mbps down, 900Mbps upload
