@VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

@Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

@VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded my vodafone home broadband a week ago. Now nothing works and I’ve had to phone Vodafone every day. With every call I hear a different issue and more promises. SHOCKING customer service! Zero feedback. No way of escalating ongoing issue.

What a relief that is, cancelling my upgrade and contract. I'll get my @SamsungMobile phone from a different company. Been with @VodafoneUK for over 10 years, but that is the worst customer service I've had in a long time. Time to switch providers or maybe buy direct and PAYG

I rang several times and was told it was BT’s fault as they couldn’t change the fibre over. I was also told on the phone that I would be credited £5 a day for a loss of service…2/
