@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

@VodafoneUK (1/2) New phone contract after switching from 3 had issues @ checkout, and somehow defaulted to my old address. I have spoke to 2 separate advisers, whom updated, confirmed, reconfirmed that they have updated the address to my new place and it will be delivered there.
