@VodafoneUK you are rubbish. no phone contact number To talk about a bill . You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Contact me now or ofcom next

Then the replacement they sent out has a fault down the screen I told them n had to call 5 times before they admitted they didn’t have any in stock of the phone I wanted. So they wouldn’t replace.

@VodafoneUK So I have complained about not being able to speak to a real person and, wait for it, you’ve put me in touch with a virtual assistant. I have raised a fraud complaint and you’ve closed it out without any feedback and said no fraud has been found. I may as well just cancel my DD.
