He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

Keeps changing every few minutes which is a right pain the arse when I access something for work locked down to my IP and keep having to update. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand.
