Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.
