@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

Hey @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my data sim and no ones taking any calls. As the only reason I have to speak to someone is so you can try and talk me out of cancelling, I expect you to make it easier for me to do this!

Tried to cancel my 99yr-old relative's £6 per mth SIM after she lost her phone in hospital with @VodafoneUK. After 1 x 30 min call and 1 x hr long online chat with four separate people I have failed. Truly awful #CustomerService and an even worse #customerexperience.
