@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

You know whats mad, with phone contracts you can add stuff on and obviously pay more. But you can't remove stuff you don't use and pay less 🤔 i get 50gb data but never use over 30gb. No option with @VodafoneUK for me to pay less. Put my bill up 3.50 for inflation too 🖕🏾
