@VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

My advice to anyone taking out broadband, do not use @VodafoneUK, awful service, awful customer service and they also aren't signed up to the @OmbudServices (Suprise surprise!). Over billing under delivering. #Vodafone #Frauds
