@VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

@VodafoneUK Increased traffic there is every year, yet come the summer we get less than second rate service yet pay the same. Towns and villages like ours should be priority for upgrading. Nothing has improved in the four years I have lived here and I am sick of empty promises and apologies.

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help
