Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

According to @VodafoneUK even if you live in a ‘stop sell copper line’ area they can still give you a copper line service. They will give you notice if you need to change to fibre! They will ensure your service continues! All lies! Don’t believe a word they say! Avoid them!

According to @VodafoneUK they didn’t disconnect me! According to them all you need to do to disrupt someone’s internet & phone service is to go online and request a new provider take over their service!! It’s that easy to instantly stop someone else’s service!

After telling me she’d set up a new fibre service contract in order to reconnect a service they disconnected, the 6th @vodafoneuk agent told me I would have to pay fees for terminating my current 2 year contract!! Are you joking! I haven’t terminated anything! #vodafoneavoidthem
