Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

In a stark contrast I've heard some horror stories about Vodafone and I'm amazed they're still in business. No morals, no care for the customers that keep them in business, just take take take. @VodafoneUK I’d rather be called as it is for 2 weeks now you have wasted my time by being unsupportive of my WiFi issue. Another phone call won’t make much difference in the big scheme of thing that you do not act on providing the service I have signed up for!!! You are breaking contract
