He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

Keeps changing every few minutes which is a right pain the arse when I access something for work locked down to my IP and keep having to update. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.
