    @DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

First time I was told it’ll be sorted within 72 hours, then I was told the first 72 hours is just for someone to get back to me, it’ll be another 72 hours to fix the issue. That ends tonight, but apparently might take till tomorrow morning. No idea what the actual issue is!

    Dreadful experience from @VodafoneUK! Apparently the fact they cancelled my agreed installation days before Christmas leaving me with no internet can not be lodged as a complaint as I then decided to go to another provider! #rubbishservice #poorservice #badservice @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK I've used the service several times. Both TOBI and the line and its a circular service as they both refer to an online page and close the call/page where I cant tell anyone that I want to cancel.
