Hey @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my data sim and no ones taking any calls. As the only reason I have to speak to someone is so you can try and talk me out of cancelling, I expect you to make it easier for me to do this!

@DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

@SkyUK Go with @VodafoneUK. Sky call theirs "superfast broadband" it's their lowest speed option, poor speed and unreliable. Moved to Vodafone, guaranteed 65mbps tested the other day I'm at 80mpbs compared with Skys "superfast" 30-35. Oh and @VodafoneUK is around £14 cheaper p/m

@VodafoneUK You are completely missing the point. As a customer, I should be able to easily obtain my PAC code without wasting 40 minutes of my time being passed around like a hot potatoe by your "advisors", the first two of which were unable to advise me of anything!
