    @VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network

    . @VodafoneUK What is going on with IP addresses today? Keeps changing every few minutes which is a right pain the arse when I access something for work locked down to my IP and keep having to update. Can handle it changing every day but this is ridiculous!

    @Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

    @VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

    @VodafoneUK Just given up ringing your call centre every day . It’s all down to @CityFibre and they know they have a major problem. Need to cancel this contract asap . It’s beyond a joke now. I paid for 1gb broadband I might as well sent a pigeon 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Called on the 18th & 25th January to cancel my contract. Person I spoke to on the 18th didn't cancel it, so the person I spoke to on the 25th said they'd cancel it & compensate me. So why is it my contract seems to have not been cancelled or my account compensated?

    @VodafoneUK Bravo, ruined my home broadband with another provider, with a takeover request. Later without any notice deleted my order. So no broadband since 14.of February, which we rely on as needed for working from home. No, answer no solution from Vodafone.

    My main grumpiness is directed at @VodafoneUK who cap data which isn’t usually an issue as use WiFi but couldn’t buy more as needed WiFi. You’re pants & I’m going to be an ex customer as soon as my contract expires. Perhaps, perhaps realise that storm may have impacted customers?
