    @VodafoneUK your broadband has been intermittent all morning and pretty crap this last month. Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty shitty.

    @AndrewGibsonMBA @VodafoneUK I made the same decision about @Specsavers. Disproportionate response and poor service ‘due to Covid’ means I will never return there again.

    @VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    @RingGo_parking Very sorry for the delay! No I’m on the current public release. However it would appear it was @VodafoneUK issues as when tried other apps they were slow to update or not connect at all.

    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK been a customer for 12 years. Perhaps you wouldn't have lost a loyal customer if you had got your communication sorted out. The only thing I got was a text saying my Spotify subscription was being cancelled. Nothing else. Since requesting a PAC code 4 calls. Too late.

    I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

    @VodafoneUK bloody joke. You’ve removed my iWatch data account from my account that I pay monthly for. This is the 5th issue in 1 month. I want to cancel my contract for free because of this. SHITE.

    Dearie me @VodafoneUK: here's at least one customer checking when her contract's up as I try very hard to not buy good or services from businesses that demean women at the expense of men.     Hey @VodafoneUK just a little customer feedback, when someone uses your online chat to upgrade their phone that is all they want, not pushed to get broadband, do you have an apple watch, do you need to upgrade your ipad. Pay extra to have them all connected! The pressure!! 🙃
