I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@VodafoneUK so I again tried to call you. Asked for a call back and was told 26-42 mins. That was 2.5 hrs ago. No call back. In store yesterday. Systems down. I shall take my contract elsewhere as I am up. I'll just cancel direct debit. Take this as my leaving notice.

@RTKfarmer @Arm @VodafoneUK I changed network because I couldn't get a reliable voice signal on one farm with Vodafone and the area of land doesn't have a postcode of its own which seemed to be a stumbling block. Some of my co-workers are still on Vodafone and I can't get a voice call to them there.

@VodafoneUK My broadband drops out multiple times a day to the point I can’t sit and watch a film. When I spoke to someone they said the increase in people working from home was putting a strain on the network. How many people are working from home at 23:30 as it’s just dropped?
