    Really regretting joining @VodafoneUK had sim almost 2 weeks, no services since activation, PAC transfer taken almost a week and still not done, shocking service. If you’re switching networks, I’d advise caution!

    I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

    @VodafoneUK bloody joke. You’ve removed my iWatch data account from my account that I pay monthly for. This is the 5th issue in 1 month. I want to cancel my contract for free because of this. SHITE.

    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    @PhatSuppliUK @VodafoneUK On hold in 6th hour now of calls to Vodafone to try and resolve serious account issues - Including some breaches of data! If you ever have problems there is an endless process of being passed from pillar to post. About to start cancelling 6 x contracts after 25 years of custom

    @VodafoneUK 65 MINS on your live chat Agent did not resolve problem, talked to me like i was thick and then had me top up to fix problem and it did not. REFUND ME. I have copied the transcript and will fire it over to Financial Services Ombudsman in 24 hours.
