Really regretting joining @VodafoneUK had sim almost 2 weeks, no services since activation, PAC transfer taken almost a week and still not done, shocking service. If you’re switching networks, I’d advise caution!

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

.@VodafoneUK very poor decision for you to stop providing free Wi-Fi access on the London Underground. As a regular business commuter in to the City, I will now seriously consider switching mobile providers after being a customer for 20 years plus!

@VodafoneUK You try dialling 191 and ordering a SIM there is no option to do so. There was a time when you could talk to people about issues and to be fair Vodafone have always been really good, not so now.

@VodafoneUK why is your web site so continuously poor? Makes you jump through hoops to recover a password and then just states ‘internal server error’ when I try enter my account. It is ALWAYS THE SAME so don’t tell me it is a temporary thing. No idea why I stick with you?
