Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@ironsjon @VodafoneUK Possibly that may happen. But the V service is reliable and reasonably priced but if they charge me for roaming I’m OUT OF THERE. I HIGHLY doubt @ThreeUK will reintroduce roaming charges as they took the EU to court in the first place about it and fought hard for those rights.

In the SIX WEEKS I've been 'dealing' with @VodafoneUK - about the non-reception inside the flat and the appalling one outside - they've suggested I upgrade my broadband service and the 'experts' might move 'the mast in my flat's direction'. Am not making this crap up.

@VodafoneUK Hey Lou! Thanks for coming back, the only issue is I don’t really use the Jubilee line (more of a Victoria line girl)… one of the main reasons for using Vodafone was that it had wood access underground… it wasn’t so bad during the pandemic with working from home but now it’s 😔

@VodafoneUK hi how do you bypass the app when calling 191 I have a friend who needs to speak to someone but when she calls it just opens the app and they can’t help with the issue !!!!
