@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@JerseyITGuy @VodafoneUK So manually selecting Airtel-Vodafone has stopped it jumping, but reading up on Facebook it seems other local @AirtelVodafone customers currently on the island are losing complete signal, or weak signal, a local signal, that will be why mine jumps to the other island I guess...

@VodafoneUK Sorry I've been on the phone for 4 hrs today and been told I cannot take my number to another company because it's now within the Vodafone system so I have no network supply the inability to take my number elsewhere and I'm £312 down for the deposit on the devices I ordered

@MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK account holder. He has never asked them to do this. He’s stuck paying £100’s he shouldn’t be but can’t end them. Surely this can’t be legal? Please help us because @VodafoneGroup have been awful to deal with. They won’t resolve this.

@VodafoneUK I would advise anyone that wishes to avoid stress and poor customer support to NOT MOVE TO #vodaphoneUK. I payed for two phones and two contracts last week since then no phones or sims have arrived and my number has been cut off.
