@VodafoneUK 16 days without broadband, yesterday you said you had fixed it then I told your chat it was not fixed. Yet today on the call you had no idea it is still an issue. Do you not take notes?? Is this the best you can do? Looking forward to next blunder

@VodafoneUK You asked me to DM you after you gave shoddy service. So I did. You haven't replied. Any chance you could answer basic questions about products you've sold and currently sell?

So @VodafoneUK . You sold me a Moto G9 Play in Nov with a 2 year contract (you didn't deliver till well into December, mind) . Less than 2 months later you tell me it's not suitable for use on your network 10 months from now. So not suitable at time of sale. 1/2

@VodafoneUK Hi, I was meant to have broadband activated yesterday but I'm still waiting. Raised the issue on the online chat but after a while of trying to sort the issue I got booted from the chat and now can't re-access it to get issue resolved!

@VodafoneUK any ETA about the broadband service that's down in the oxford area? When are we expecting it to come back online?

@VodafoneUK Well, why don't find out and reply to this thread? I'm asking straight and simple questions and you're unable to say if the G9 Play YOU ARE SELLING NOW is compatible with your own network. Imagine I'm a customer looking to replace my daughter's phone (& I might be) and try again.

@VodafoneUK Also - I'm an O2 customer for mobile, but I'm a Gigacube customer, so the 191 # won't work for me, is there an alternative # please?
