@VodafoneUK 6 days without internet. I am starting lose my patience now having to chase to get a 3rd line agent to call me. Please fix this known issue for me, as the problem is confirmed on your end. I have been patient and understanding but I am starting to lose it now.

That's shocking service, I'm looking to switch when my contracts up with 02 but will avoid Vodafone now

@VodafoneUK saga continues. The router that they said would help the problem, the one that's due today is now not needed. Lvl2 tech said yesterday I needed it. Lvl2 tech said this morning it won't help..... #joke #broadband I can hear the words #youdontknowwhatyouredoing
