    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK Won't ever go with any company that reintroduces roaming charges, those days are long gone, I hope any company that reintroduces them fail and see the error of their ways quickly, we can't accept bavkward steps like this

    @VodafoneUK the saga continues guys, ANOTHER failed callback. A member of staff telling me that the phone is rubbish and he would never buy it and a manager basically refusing to come to the phone. You cant write this

    @VodafoneUK Can I please have contact information for your director support / customer relations team so I can formally complain? No vouchers despite fulfilling criteria & keep being told the same thing by your C/S team via DM. Unacceptable situation and unfair.
