@VodafoneUK two weeks ago i asked if you were bringing roaming charges back i was told no , now you are can i cancel my contract.

  • elle_bain96 Elle Bain (@elle_bain96) reported

@VodafoneUK why did I have to find out from the news that roaming charges are coming back when my own phone company can’t tell their customers first and how it will affect us? Vodafone has gone down hill I really need to think about it before I am due to renew in October

  • chris_lumb Chris (@chris_lumb) reported

@VodafoneUK why have you broken your commitment not to introduce roaming charges foe EU? Needless to say I’m not happy with you.

  • donnell_kp CPMacDomhnaill (@donnell_kp) reported

@VodafoneUK @B_E_Andre @Fsalt What about countries you have a network presence in?

  • dshephe80043406 David Shepherd (@dshephe80043406) reported

@VodafoneUK with these random changes you constantly apply to existing contracts, when can the poor consumer change his/her terms without penalties? When will Vodafone look after their customers?

  • murphtothesky murph (@murphtothesky) reported

@HamiltonG95 @VodafoneUK 1 quid a day mind you... Compared to the old style... Isn't *that* bad

  • IlonaMwr 🇪🇺 Ilona K (@IlonaMwr) reported

@BorisJohnson_MP Due for an upgrade with @VodafoneUK end of the month, might be time I switch providers after 10 years. Huge network across Europe... they're just being greedy.

  • EHowellSantos Dark Moon Wolf (@EHowellSantos) reported

@TheSregnaR4791 @SkyNews @VodafoneUK You never worked with portuguese networks hein? Otherwise you would know what confusing burocratic processes would look like.

  • Amanda_N_D 👁️👁️Mandy👁️ 👁️ 💙 (@Amanda_N_D) reported

@thomashurstAG @peterkyle @VodafoneUK It's when your current contract runs out that they're going to charge, so check when that is first. And tbh, I've no doubt the other networks will soon follow suit. (EE network had announced their intention to do this in June.)
