    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    @VodafoneUK Is there a problem with signal strength in YO8 (Selby, N Yorkshire) area? My phone has been pinging "no 4G service" for days, and 3G, even 2G, is barely useable.

    Here we are two and a half weeks without a @VodafoneUK signal in the village. Customers can’t contact me, we can’t take card payments, it is seriously affecting our business. We pay handsomely for the privilege for 5 phones and a card machine. Useless. Bloody useless.
