I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@VodafoneUK Vodafone customer service the other day was appalling, she put the phone down when I was saying Thank-you for your time!! Also sent a debit collection letter for £12 when Vodafone didn't even bother to set up my direct debit!!
