    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

    @VodafoneUK trying their luck - phone that I dropped in the water went for repairs - they just phoned, said it £155 for a new screen 😳 IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A CRACKED SCREEN! It was water damage, that's all. I'm FURIOUS

    I hope the call with one of your managers in the next 24 hours solves my problem @VodafoneUK cuz quite frankly, after being a customer for 11 years, I've never been this annoyed at your service or support. I've always valued your company, and supported it. Let's hope we fix it.
