    @VodafoneUK is there an issue with service in South Glasgow/Lanarkshire? My reception and internet has been awful recently, and friends are having similar issues. I need phone/internet for work, and also need to be contactable as I have a very seriously ill relative

    Why is @DHLParcelUK so goddamn awful? They don’t answer any messages, their phones are all robots and there is no way to contact them. They’ve had a parcel for a week now and instead of delivering it have ‘interventions’. @VodafoneUK are useless dealing with the issue too.

    @VodafoneUK They say its only available online, which it obviously isn't. She has spoken to 2 different members of staff in upgrade team, one in Customer Relations and one on live chat. Nobody will help.

    @VodafoneUK awful customer service, spent over 10 hours the last 3 months dealing with an issue your end to be told every time it was sorted, to then get threatening messages about a bill after I left.

    @VodafoneUK How many more times is the network going to be down in the BH31 area. I pay for a service that is being turned off on a weekly basis and no compensation. What the hell are we paying for ? 2 more months left on my contract, starting to look elsewhere.
