Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@VodafoneUK Just had my 25th call with support who tell me probably no internet until next Tuesday... 3rd line support also had closed my case saying “internet is working” so if I hadn’t called Nothing would have been done @VodafoneUK that is awful!

@VodafoneUK I have been texting with your customer service people for over 90 minutes and they keep getting cut off. And my problem still isn’t resolved. I tried calling the agents earlier but got a BOT and then was disconnected. I’m livid. 🤬 and now I don’t have tine to fix the issue.

VODAFONE problems, not able to get incoming landline calls, nearly two hours in the chat,at one point they told me to take the equipment apart ! Will take 3 days to look into. Wish I had read reviews before signing up. The only thing I got out of it was a headache.#vodafoneuk

Like I said, @VodafoneUK are shitttttt! After complaining about their customer loyalty, they ask you to dm them so they can help and after all the usual bullshit procedures they can't offer anything but will try and sell you more of their services. Crap crap and crap

How did I spend my Saturday evening whilst on site in Dubai? I had a genuinely lovely chat with a @VodafoneUK customer service rep about Covid, the current situation in India and how our children will talk to their kids about 20/21 whilst he sorted my roaming issues.

@VodafoneUK Hello, I was issued a refund cheque but I have not been able to get to a bank to put it into my account due to covid restrictions. My bank does not accept cheques via mobile app. Can you please help?
