I don't hold out much hope for people getting free internet via @OpenreachHelp. Our internet via @VodafoneUK uses their network and we've had three engineers unsuccessfully attempt to fix something that is a persistent fault, today is the worst it's ever been. Worse than dial up!

@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK Surely at some stage you can just cancel the direct debit. At some point this obstruction to cancelling must constitute a breach of contract.

@VodafoneUK Na. I'm OK, thanks. Around 20 LONG phone calls later and the issues still aren't resolved. I'll pay until the end of my contract but i can't wait to leave.

@VodafoneUK I can't make any calls in my mobile, regular issue which I know how to resolve, but your chat agent didn't listen to me and I got cut off after nearly an hour. Can't call customer service and now also locked out of my online account! Please can you help!?!

@VodafoneUK is your network down in the CB8 area? Both phones in our house have been on emergency calls only most of the morning. Not getting the service I am paying for.

@RoySayWhatNow @VodafoneUK I've cancelled it, moved to @ThreeUK and now I just need to cancel the upgrade from Vodafone. And it's proving to be a nightmare.
