@VodafoneUK after being a customer for many years with multiple accounts and contracts I can say recently we’ve had some of the worst customer service ever known. I have lodged an official complaint and I will be contacting @Ofcom regarding this too. Dreadful service

@VodafoneUK hey Vodafone why’s my broadband not working?! I’ve had a red flashing light on my router for the last hour and no amount of turning off and back on will sort it. I’m a new customer - switching from BT after 5years- and so far I’m not impressed

@VodafoneUK you hide the terms and conditions until after a credit check and then when you select plan details/what you need to know it just tells you it’s a 30 day contract, no hidden costs about having to cancel your product in advance?

@VodafoneUK @RCoales Useless is the first word that conjures up in my head when I see the name Vodafone Broadband. They lie about fixing your issue, they lie about escalating your tech issue so that it can get resolved, they lie about calling you back and they lie about sending an engineer out.

Hello @vodafoneUK, your network service in BN1 is non-existent, and has been for the best part of a week. Was informed the fault would be fixed by Saturday, 9pm. It hasn't been. Can you advise please?

@VodafoneUK How about you use the £20 that you obtained by deception when I wasted it on a pay-as-you-go SIM that I'm never going to get refunded? How much more money have obtained under false pretences that you can use?
