I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

It also left us with no internet as they/@VodafoneUK didn’t cancel our cancellation with plusnet. I work from home & am self employed so this is pretty annoying. Vodafone kindly let us use a dongle for free for now but it’s not the best signal so I’m struggling. @CityFibre

@VodafoneUK Ok it works on the mobile app - it allows me to download my bill as PDF but only to view it. I’d like to print it. For some reason I can’t login via computer web browser to do so.

2 years ago @VodafoneUK created a second account for my number (I only have one number), but some outsourced customer service tech has 2 years later still been ruining my life bc every time I do anything on my account it somehow pings the second account created in error.

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK In the 22+ years I’ve been with Vodafone I’ve never had an issue. Now @TalkTalk , there’s a company I would never touch with a 10ft sh***y stick! Had to email the CEO directly to terminate a contract that the incompetent staff wouldn’t do for over six months!
