    @VodafoneUK waiting for a call back from you to arrange temporary broadband after someone at your company decided to cancel ours without our knowledge. Was on the phone and online chat for THREE hours this morning!! Please can someone contact me? We can’t even use the TV now!!

    @VodafoneUK Any idea if you are sending out trade in bags? Have yet to recieve mine and receiving texts that the offer I signed up for expires in 4days even tho 30days after upgrading my phone still not got in the post or a bag to send my old phone back to claim the discount. Awful

    @VodafoneUK can I have some help please, I’ve tried ringing a couple of times but have given up after a 30 min wait.. I don’t ever get signal in my home, I literally can’t call anyone or receive calls & I’m sick of paying for a contract I can’t ever use

    Last year my unlimited broadband was provided by @VodafoneUK through a SIM card and a router not bigger than a credit card. It was great most of the time but it was frustrating when I had to restart to the router. So I switched to @virginmedia but never had good broadband
