    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    @VodafoneUK Is there a problem with signal strength in YO8 (Selby, N Yorkshire) area? My phone has been pinging "no 4G service" for days, and 3G, even 2G, is barely useable.

    I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK I have no problem with my contract rolling forward but would expect the monthly charge to be just for calls and not my handset, which is fully paid up. Other providers do not try and get away with this practice. It seems very underhand.

    @VodafoneUK so my partner has 2 phone contacts , a tablet ,broadband and 2 smart watches. The watches had to be returned due to issues. This was 6 months ago , you e now lost them and the issue has not been resolved 😤 yet we still pay the bill 🤔please help 🙏

    @VodafoneUK I have spent 10 Hrs today waiting for a response from Vodafone after their DM asking for security information to initiate a converstaion about fixing my landline that they have already done line checks on. Great service Vodafone. What's 10 hrs after waiting for a month.

    @VodafoneUK It is not acceptable to 1) wait 1 hour to speak to someone. 2) avoid the replacement of a Gigabit router still under warranty that one of your own stores has confirmed faulty 3) only speak to me after 1pm “when my shift starts” 4) avoid my request to raise a complaint

    @VodafoneUK is a disgrace. Ordered a tablet for 9 year olds Xmas present on 27/11/2021. Been given 3 different dates. Now being told “before Christmas” what the hell. We spend 200 a month for this service. Not good enough!

    Since Jan i have been paying an extra £15 a month on my contact since @VodafoneUK took off my discount after they said they never got my traded-in phone even though i have proof i sent tracked 1 year later still not got anyone to fix this and still not got my refund
