    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    @VodafoneUK most evenings our internet cuts out for a few minutes at a time. It’s not the Wi-Fi, seems to be the connection into the building. Is this normal? And if not, what can we do to fix it?

    @VodafoneUK You costs increase so let’s screw the customer? I’m a customer of 20 years every 2 years I renew and you increase my tariff cause your costs increase you tell me? As I say break the mould and reward loyalty by being that company that supports customers it’s not asking for much

    Well, I'll be saying a big F*** off to @VodafoneUK when my current contract ends. Profiteering scum of a company. When I go abroad, I connect to a Vodafone network. Same owners. Same parent company. To charge extra when abroad is a con. Plain and simple.

    @JoshAlexCairo @VodafoneUK Mine is a little while yet. I signed just before the tube WiFi went. I don't understand how they can demonstrably change the service and still expect to bind people into their contracts.

    Shame on @VodafoneUK for not helping an 85 year old lady to cancel her contract because she can't remember her security details. She dropped her phone down the loo early this year and has clearly not been using it. We cancelled the direct debit as we were unable to get in touch

    @VodafoneUK I have and once again it’s an automated thing, absolutely hopeless customer service and to be hung up on because she couldn’t or wouldn’t help is shocking
