    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

    Good grief, @VodafoneUK - worst "you're leaving"letter ever. Two different cancellation dates give (one April 7th, so a week ago), then telling me I'm still under contract (I'm not, you sent me a letter last month to tell me this) so I'll be charged... erm... £0.00. #onejob

    So far I've been on the phone to @VodafoneUK customer services for 1 hr 43 minutes. All I want to do is cancel a contract I set up last week because I'm unable to use it. They said: "Don't worry, you can cancel within 14 days if there are any problems, just ring 191"!! Not simple
