Been on hold now to @VodafoneUK for 20 mins again, 14th call in 2 weeks about my broadband. I talk more to them than i do my parents. 3 weeks of terrible speeds from 1700hrs to 2300 hours religously for 3 weeks on the run. Been on hold so they can check they recieved an email 😴

Message from Oz at @VodafoneUK after complaint. “we are under no obligation”..……and one of their values is “delight the customer”. I thought that meant relationship rather than transactional. Once again service after sales is non existent
