    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

    I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

    @VodafoneUK When is the internet going to be back in Kent? Why haven’t you sent a message or even a tweet to let people know that there’s a problem and that you are at least trying to sort it out? Living in the middle of nowhere means I’m sat outside for 4g to get work done!

    @VodafoneUK utterly disgusting customer service. Been on hold for over an hour now and no repsonse! Broadband down and all you suggest is problem solving "online". Sort it out.
