I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

Take note UK mobile networks particularly @VodafoneUK @ee sorted me out a good deal for a working solution. All @VodafoneUK did was try to check my signal coverage. They don’t understand what the Internet is. RTs appreciated for reach.

@VodafoneUK I spend more time trying to rectify your issues than actually enjoying the product, 3 people in 3 days telling me different information and actually being mis-sold a product AGAIN! If It didn't have the best coverage in the area I wouldn't bother!

going to to resolve it & iv) what compensation is owing for the huge amount of wasted working time spent on receiving only inconclusive responses. In a word, all @VodafoneUK appear to have done with less than 24 hours to go is i) give a reluctant switcher the hard sell ii) cancel

Been so impressed with @VodafoneUK customer service! Was on their chat and I accidentally cut them off. They called me back in a few minutes made sure I had everything resolved. Fantastic service!
