Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

@VodafoneUK Broadband with yourselves for years, you arranged for BT to upgrade to Fibre today, unfortunately our internet is now not working and you have advised there is nothing you can do, if we want it fixed try to find a van in the area and ask them to help, appalling.

Annoying @VodafoneUK don't let you select wifi calling - 'wifi prefered'. On Samsung handset - using EE, EE would allow you to select the wifi calling - 'wifi prefered' Now using the Vodafone network they don't. Looking online many not happy with Vodafone restricting user choice.

@VodafoneUK I’m considering moving to your new fibre service but I was wondering if I can continue to use my existing Wi-Fi router rather than the one that comes with your plan? I currently do this with Virgin with their router set to modem mode. Thanks!

I do not recommend @VodafoneUK for PAYG service in the London. They took £10 from me this morning for no reason and they've made it impossible for me to get a refund via their customer service via their web chat or calling on the phone. #vodafoneuk is a scam.

Yep...@VodafoneUK totally lied to upgrade my plan claiming I'd avoid roaming charges to then send a bill today for £114 and then said I'd have to upgrade again but they wouldn't fix the charges they'd caused...rip off!...definitely the last year I'm with this company now! 🤬

@VodafoneUK As such the mobile signal has to be so bad before wifi calling symbol shows up and kicks in. In the office and home where signal not great, wifi calling has worked well - but wifi calling is not kicking in with what Vodafone deem a good signal.
