  @Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

  @VodafoneUK yes, I contacted support to find out why I hadn't received my promo code, and they informed me of this situation. Sounds like that's that then, you live and learn. I should have rung support yesterday when the items cost twice as much, or waited till Wednesday for the same.

  @VodafoneUK Oh and the claim on this page that it's easy to set up by myself.. is just a big fat lie. I ordered the damn esim 3 days ago, and the order is complete.. but guess what. No esim 3 days after. That's a high quality scam. Congrats !

  @VodafoneUK I bought a phone on ebay sold as new from Vodafone network, it turned out blacklisted as stolen/lost. I bought it because I'm on contract with you and were not bothered if it was locked. Can anything be done to make it work?
