It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

Insufficient for the house, upgraded the plan and router…one month and a half and the upgrade plan is not yet working. Choose another company.

Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!
