I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@VodafoneUK the substandard treatment of customers continues - wasted another 30 minutes of my time yesterday with your agent, Hina, who a) promised my issue (outstanding since Feb) would be resolved within 24hrs and b) she’d phone me back to check all was fine
