I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. The email automation may be crap but the change of plan itself was seamless. I woke up and everything just works with speed 2x faster

Why can’t a mobile company see the account you’ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, let’s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!
