I pay for a service not to monitor how badly that service is failing. How difficult is it just to send an engineer…?

Azhar Younus (@azyou121) reported@VodafoneUK Without any notice to your customer, you allow another company to take over connection. Then to reconnect it takes three phone calls each lasting 1hr and new date for connection is 2 weeks later!
