I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

Disappointed with @VodafoneUK and their support for bereavement. This is very stressful. My 10 year old is getting messages about not paying her bill, it should have all been transferred from my husband to me weeks ago! Apparently my password isn’t right so no help on the phone.

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

@Petrolhead_Rich @VodafoneUK Absolute LOL at the "it could be that your sim card is old".. yeahhhh.. no.. tech doesn't work that way, And old sims don't just randomly stop working either.. it would be a reasonable response if you took your sim out/in multiple times a day scratching the surface..

@Petrolhead_Rich @VodafoneUK In the 3rd pic they say it's a network issue too, looks like there's no communication between departments at all. Like.. just face it, there isn't sufficient network coverage and they need more masts /stronger masts that can push signals out further.

Is there such a thing as a reliable ISP? My @VodafoneUK has been awful for months. I give up trying 'support' after a few hours of long breaks between messages and having to take photos of sockets (just accept I know what an Openreach socket is!). #Broadband

.@VodafoneUK how can a flexiupgrade charge go from £37 to almost £200 in the space of 4 days when the advisor told you to hang fire for 4 days as it would then be free ??? Think we need to look for a new provider can anyone recommend a mobile provider who doesn't take the mick

@VodafoneUK Tbh customer service is sadly lacking with your staff and really sick of having ro request some to look into why things aren't done properly first time!! Your staff member thought it was acceptable to call me boring and to let go and have a beer in the garden today!!

@VodafoneUK @SamsungMobile not sure if you can help. I got the Samsung S20FE not too long ago from Vodafone shop & the phone is getting that hot I can't actually keep it in my pocket for the discomfort. Plus it keeps shutting off. Any ideas? It concerns me a little just how hot.
