@VodafoneUK Actually despite issues with all the systems and process, the staff in store were very good. I’ve zero idea why there was a whole lot of process for a handset collection when the contract stuff already happened online beyond proving I am me.

Hi @VodafoneUK my mobile data doesn’t seem to be working even though I have 4G. I’ve restarted my phone, removed the sim, turned airplane mode on/off, turned mobile data on/off, reset network settings and still it only works with Wi-Fi. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

@VodafoneUK can someone help me please. I'm stuck in hospital in Italy with pneumonia. My data has run out. There's no WiFi. Someone on chat tried but the extra 8 day roaming won't add to my account. Its my only means of communication with friends and family, I'm struggling.

@VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone. I was due to port my number to you today. The old provider's SIM lost service around 8 hours ago but the new SIM still isn't activated. VF Text says this is done by 5pm. Any idea what's wrong?

@VodafoneUK No DM vodafone have shown recently how they treat their existing customers like crap. One number already moved to EE who were more than happy to with my details.the rest of my personal account will be moving and in talks with my company to move their accout away from vodafone
