    @VodafoneUK any ideas what would cause my phone to struggle loading websites when I’m on 5G? They eventually load, but take much longer than I would expect for a strong 5G signal.

    As my @VodafoneUK contract is ending next month, I’d went into a Vodafone store just to see what was new, and instead of helping (one other customer in the store, three staff members) the staff just sat talking to each other and about their PlayStation socks. Standard for VF.

    @VodafoneUK disappointing service by uour sales team..Wanted to move my number across from a different network and the sales team screwed up. Not only I lost my number I paid 10£ for waiting on the customer service line to sort your mess out.Issue still unresolved!! Unbelievable

    Hey @VodafoneUK signal in WN3 has gone really weak, I'm only getting E at best most of the time when I'm outside. This is recent. Are you aware of a problem? Is it something you're going to fix or shall I change networks?
