@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

@VodafoneUK your credit checking system is broken. Never been refused credit in my life. Never missed a payment on multiple credit cards, mortgage etc. Credit checking service gives me highest rating. Yet you refused me a £35 a month broadband connection.

let it be known that despite being the biggest phone company in the uk, @VodafoneUK is ******* awful. been a week and theyve somehow mixed up switching my phone number to @VOXI_UK, their own company, with putting me on a £46 contract?! leaving them as soon as I can jesus christ

@VodafoneUK I’ve been living in my new property for over a month now without broadband, having been promised an engineer would be here today by 1pm at the latest. I’ve been at home for 8+ hours today, having cancelled my plans. As a new customer, this service is appalling.

@VodafoneUK Can you fix your website. We are new customers today. Couldnt register before today, can't log in now. Tobi's security codes to speak to a human about no Apple TV aren't being sent out. My password isn't working & temporary passwords are also not being sent out.
