@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

@VodafoneUK anyone thinking of joining these for business lines i would definitely avoid it, terrible customer service team which is outsourced who just read a script,been waiting for Iphone 12 for like 4 weeks now, every 3 of promised delivery moves another 3 days further

@S_Scotty_78 @VodafoneUK It’s bonkers mate. They’re gonna price themselves out the market eventually. If I could leave now I can get good deals for £27-ish a month from O2 or EE. #Vodafone equivalent - £47!! And the lady I was chatting with won’t win any customer service awards either. Disappointing. 🥴

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK In Vodafone’s defence, and as a rational human being, I had a fantastic experience with Vodafone’s customer service today who solved my problem quickly and efficiently. In your case I suspect it was ‘user error’ given you’re such a large cockwomble.

I upgrade my phone last week with Vodafone. Since the upgrade I have no internet on my phone for five days and after spending hours and hours on the phone to them I’m no further forward. Customer service is atrocious @VodafoneUK
