  I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

  @DavidButler34 @VodafoneUK I generally find they're the best of a bad bunch. The main issue is they're a billing engine with an inconvenient customer services and mobile network bolted to the back of it.

  .@Ofcom Hi can you please investigate @VodafoneGroup approach to phone contracts. My wife has called @VodafoneUK for months to cancel a contract. They continue to charge. I'm sure there are thousands of customers in similar situations. I'm happy to give details.

  Thanks @VodafoneUK you disconnected my internet 10 days before I move home, leaving us without internet when we have to work from home ... thank you for totally making lockdown ten times worse , now going to have to loose money due to not being able to work ,appalling service

  @VodafoneUK can I speak to a human please? Everytime I try to ring up it says speaking to an online advisor is the best option; which I can assure you it isn't. Customer service at the moment is pretty poor.
