@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@VodafoneUK I don’t want to cancel anything I just want to pay my contract off & go sim only with VODAFONE! It’s not like I want to leave. Don’t understand why I can’t pay it off & do that. Vodafone would still get the same amount of money out of me! Whats the difference of now or May?!

@VodafoneUK @Rage_Quit_Dad Adding more weight to this hopefully. Yes please can this be investigated. I'm in MK and have the same issue on gigafast 200. It's not WiFi only devices. Upstream appears to be about right, bit download is atrocious compared to normal.

@VodafoneUK It’s not very helpful when I’ve been a customer for years, absolutely disgusting service. I’ve never known a company to willingly lose customers at renewal when they have never missed a payment, especially when I’m wanting a cheaper phone, absolutely shocking

@VodafoneUK Thank you for that link. However, in order to fill out a fraud report, it is requesting all kinds of information (phone, address) that is irrelevant. Also, even if I try to fill it out, it will not accept it since I do not reside in the UK. Can you direct me to another solution?

@VodafoneUK @Rage_Quit_Dad It's nothing to do with wireless @VodafoneUK there is loads of people reporting this exact issue. It's not just our WiFi on the blink. Why do you try and investigate the issue rather than asking pointless questions. Wasting people's time.
