I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@VodafoneUK what’s the plan to upgrade the network in the Filey North York’s area? 4 days now with 4G but internet is 0.4 down with virtually nothing up. Businesses are also struggling with credit card machines connecting through Vodafone. Needs Some urgent attention
