@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK That's what happened to me, after the third attempt and having had confirmation that the account was closed, I cancelled the direct debit. Ended up with a note on my credit history. Will never do business with them again.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I went through a similar issue with Vodafone when trying to cancel my own account. I canceled and then they said I hadn't contacted them and tried to get another month's money out of me. The customer service was atrocious. I'll never use them again. Ever.

I wrote to CEO Ahmed Essam marked Private & confidential which triggered help from directors office & I’m now hopeful refund is on its way 🤞
