@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@VodafoneUK been with Vodafone for ages, since 2019 I've been on a Sim only rolling contract. You're now removing the discount I've had and wanting me to commit to a long term contract to get the same or slightly worse service. Customer support were awful.

@VodafoneUK how do I make a formal complaint so I can forward it to the ombudsman in 8 weeks time. You’ve made it impossible to cancel my contract been on online chat with someone for 40 minutes who wont allow me to cancel unless i go instore even though account was setup online

Hey @VodafoneUK here’s a thought - when offering discounts on products to veterans - how about the codes actually work and you honour them? Day of my life I’m never getting back. 🫠support for disabled veterans - way to go NOT! Shambles - @JohnnyMercerUK pls investigate!
