I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

When your broadband and home phone line has been down all day it would be good to get an acknowledgement that it’s being looked at and an ETA of next steps especially as we have to work remotely! @VodafoneUK

Feel totally let down by @VodafoneUK today. Phone within warranty failed. Belongs to 36 week pregnant wife who has complications and needs her phone at ALL times for safety reasons. Cant talk to anyone. Taken since 9.30am to be told 7-10 wkg days to get a repair bag, then what???

@VodafoneUK I was out of contract. VF tell me I’m getting upgrade to lock in for 24m. The service is the same, but now I can’t go back to out of contract, I can either leave completely or lock in for 24m. they acknowledge that I wasn’t upgraded but was told so. This cant be right
