@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

@VodafoneUK extremely poor customer service from Vodafone, my broadband network was down for 2 weeks so they sent me a myfi free of charge then billed me! After 2 hours on the phone being passed from pillar to post still not resolved now on to 5th agent! Bye bye Vodafone....

@VodafoneUK absolutely ridiculous service still due a refund from 2 months ago and have now been lied to three times and told my refund will be in with 24 hours still nothing! I am now being ignored via your Facebook messenger after being sent a message offering an update!

@VodafoneUK really need to make sure you have advisers available to take calls, and as for your chat function to call it woeful is an overstatement - spent 20 minutes on chat only to be kicked out without resolution, time to move to another provider?

@craig_dw @VodafoneUK Get rid of them lot ASAP. I took them to the ombudsman in August and got a pay out for them. Disgusting customer service and I would genuinely never get a phone contract ever again as a result.
