    I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

    @VodafoneUK I want to speak to a person on the phone but every time I rang it cut me off. I’ll be swapping to another network if it’s this hard to contact Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

    @VodafoneUK I’m not sure there are many parents who believe mobile devices help children to feel more socially connected. I think a much better campaign would be targeted at older socially isolated people. They could really benefit from this.

    @VodafoneUK supposed debt in order to cancel it now, again. No, you can't to that, they say - you can only move to PAYG. I don't want to do that, I want to close my account, I respond. You can't, they say, because we only offer the facility to stop taking payments monthly and move to PAYG...

    @VodafoneUK I have been with vodafone for years but my recent experience of upgrading has been so poor. There's aknowledgement of technical issues and delay on vodafone behalf but refusal to give me a full refund for contract not used 🤷
