@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

An hour on the complaints line to @VodafoneUK and still no sign of it being answered. Actually, only calling because my complaints letter of 2 November hasn't been responded to by Customer Relations. What's the next step? Ombudsman?

DO NOT BUY OR DEAL WITH @VodafoneUK . #avoidthiscompany they say they will help and get any issues sorted but it's all #fake .they do not care at all if they leave you with a dodgy phone. How is this acceptable? #poorcustomerservice
