@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

@VodafoneUK took advantage of your Black Friday deal but moving to your network has been the worst mobile change experience I have had in 35 years. You’ve managed to retain a customer for just 1day Well done. Off to the shop to cancel contract as you can even do that online

@DavidS2504 @VodafoneUK I got an eye watering cheap black Friday upgrade deal, so definitely not going to cancel. Doesn't make it any less annoying though to be told delivery within 3 days and now a week later I get a text saying they don't have a clue and stop asking them.
