    @VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

    @VodafoneUK is the Curve platform down today? Once again a device that is supposed to bring peace of mind is simply causing frustration due to a terrible app and flaky connectivity.

    @VodafoneUK hi. Still waiting for broadband to be connected. It was scheduled to be 6 days ago. Engineer visited, disconnected the other flats and left saying he’ll return- but never did. Please confirm connection will be today.

    @SamsungMobile @VodafoneUK will someone PLEASE do something!! I have a Samsung A20e that keeps cutting out with a "no sim" message, I have changed the sim you sent me, I have gone through all your settings, this whole customer service experience is HORRENDOUS

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service ever. Tried to upgrade to sim only after 20yrs of being a customer and nothing can be done. Spent over 2hrs this morning on phone for nothing. Looks like I’m going sim only shopping this afternoon with a new company!!!!

    @VodafoneUK your online platform is a bad UX, e.g when i try to make online payments it always says "We're working to fix this", its been saying this for over a year. I also wanted to update my card info, that doesn't look possible either. #TogetherWeCan hire better developers!!!

    .@VodafoneUK are you aware that there is no signal indoors in Longfield (DA3) the last few days? Impossible to make/receive calls or texts, one bar signal outside but not helpful at night. Lots of people on local forum complaining of same issue...
