    I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

    @VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

    @VodafoneUK so you give the products you sell a 24 month warranty I have just spent almost 3 hours on the phone to be passed from your 2nd rate insurance administration not once but twice to your customer service team, who did the same, trying to fleece me for £49

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK tried that many times. Asks for phone number, which as a new customer she doesn’t have, then refers to online chat, which does the same and then says nobody available!! If you cannot honour the order you should contact the customer. There is clearly no stock.

    @VodafoneUK My husband left job becoming self employed end Dec. He had to shield again on 4Jan. No income, shielding lifted end January unlikely. We both have birthdays in January and can't go anywhere or do anything. So it pretty much is the worst month of 2021 so far. 😕
