I’ve had to call @VodafoneUK so much in the past month and I’m sick of it. It took a month for them to actually give me internet and now it’s not working again. The best bit is that it’ll take me 2 hours to actually speak to someone on the phone. Their app won’t even load...

@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

@VodafoneUK I don’t have the energy to be trying to sort this issue out if I’m honest . I spent last Wednesday trying to do this and was just lied too and just fobbed off . I had to borrow the money that is pending in my bank account . So I was able to feed my kids 😡

@VodafoneUK having THE most annoying web chat RN. please tell me why I should pay £36 for data charges on a plane which I did not knowingly sign up for/actively use? I simply forgot to put my phone onto airplane mode - I didn’t even know you could get data/signal in the air??!
