@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

Who at @VodafoneUK thought it’s a good idea, in 2021, to cancel London Underground WiFi - when all your biggest competitors have it? Who thought it’s respectful to do it “quietly” and not inform customers after 9 years? & pls don’t reply telling me u have 4G on Jubilee line 🙄

@VodafoneUK I waited until the end of June to avoid paying two contracts as advised by your team as the they said the deal is ending on 24th. If I had known it was going to get pulled earlier I would have proceeded with it. I really feel let down.

All-day today I've got over 100 ping in COD. I need help with my internet. In the last 3 months, I've been with @VodafoneUK @SkyUK, and now I'm with @bt_uk. I had the same package with them all which is a standard 45-60 download (which I do get). 1/3
