@VodafoneUK 1 down 2 to go! by that I mean 2 numbers left to port away from you as they expire! That’s what happens when your own staff commit fraud and you expect the me to do the leg work! 11years of loyalty (not that you showed as appreciation of that) gone!

@VodafoneUK TOBi is useless. Your 'Customer Service' centre is useless. Trying to upgrade. Have had 2 real person chats, both couldn't complete. No call back as promised. No wonder you rate so low!! Off to an alternative network for home, broadband and mobile. Byeeeeee!

1/2) @VodafoneUK are there any known issues with the network? For the last few days, I have not been able to maintain a call longer than 45 seconds and when I try to call them back, I can't connect? This is getting very frustrating when you're in the middle of an important call.
