@staceygranty @VodafoneUK The customer service for the phone service is absolutely disgraceful to.lie after lie after lie..switched 1 number off my account to o2..was ordered and accepted in 15 mins,delivered in 4 days..same issue with vodaphone took 7 weeks n never resolved

Hello @VodafoneUK I have been on your web chat this evening for 60 minutes trying to cancel an account I no longer need. I’ve been redirected / put on hold/connected to the wrong teams and after an hour was disconnected from the chat. This is disgraceful.

@VodafoneUK absolute shambles of a company. The trouble I’ve had over the last few months is a joke. Not happy at all. Wasted hours trying to sort things out and it keeps getting worse.
