@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

@virginmedia No, as your online test doesn’t work and stalls. If I log on using my @VodafoneUK mobile data, your system says something’s gone wrong with the test. This is ridiculous. Constant problems and no fixes from your company.

@O2 spoken to customer service this morning asked could I take a return back to my local O2 store, they said yes, guess what? They wouldn't accept it! @VodafoneUK @EE do you think you can give better service for 25 plus business contracts? I think I'm moving provider soon!

@VodafoneUK the complaint has been on going since the start of July - 2 months is more than long enough but I expect no more from VF now - treating paying customers like dirt seems to be the norm from top to bottom
