@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

@VodafoneUK are no longer a member of @OmbudServices after they acted similarly, and in one case I know of actually sent bailiffs round to an elderly customer's house to extort money they weren't owed and the Ombudsman did nothing about it. #criminals

@VodafoneUK what a bunch of thieves! Renewed both my mobile and broadband contracts in the past months and I’m already getting extra charges for annual use and even +£3/m for not renewing the broadband? On top of that it’s impossible to get through customer service #help

@VodafoneUK is there someone that can help with my Apple Watch, it comes up with no data plan attached and won’t work unless connected to my phone, it’s a cellular model that I got to be able to use without my phone, I’ve done a sim swap and still not working Thanks Sam

@VodafoneUK @mattlove9 I’m SK6 too and having the same issue, no internet for two days, I have tried contacting you through the apps but can’t without internet... Even the supermarkets can’t use contactless payments yet Openreach are saying there is no issue
