@martincampbell @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup we have Vodafone, O2 and EE here. None of them win prizes for customer service. I honestly could not advise you which was better out of Voda and O2, but EE works only on one side of the street, which is better than Three which only works on the top of the hill.

@VodafoneUK I’ve issues with my phone and have warranty and insurance but Vodafone won’t do anything to help. 27 years I’ve been with them and once this contract is over I’m off. I recommend any other phone company than Vodafone who customers services is awful

@RickyTFC @VodafoneUK They're a complete joke all round. Their social media team try, but after 9 months of 1mbps speeds (in a 5G area), no support, no compensation I would never recommend this shambles of a company to anybody. I feel sorry for the thousands waiting for their new phones a month later
