@VodafoneUK Something tripped out the house yesterday but has finally been resolved with your last cust service rep. However the previous calls which involved being cut off,wasting my time and now having to leave house n family with no internet. Could have been resolved quicker IMO

@VodafoneUK I just tried renewing my Vodafone contract - a complete waste of an hour, phone call cut out and the webchat was useless. The advisers just pass you from one team to another, 5 transfers later, I've lost the will to live and will be using another provider.

@VodafoneUK I have 2 device plans with yourselves that are paid before the due date EVERY month without fail. Get you continue to harass and bombard me with emails, texts and calls saying that they haven't been paid. I had to go in store to which they told me it was a
