Hello @VodafoneUK I was told in a shop I could call / contact you aa my signal with 4g is often lower than advertised and was told by the lovely man in the shop I could possibly have some of my contract reimbursed

@VodafoneUK was with Vodafone for 8 years never missed a payment and they refused my upgrade think is was 43 a month for 3 years went to o2 for same phone 25 a month for 2 years bye bye Vodafone 👋

@VodafoneUK Why is your 4G signal so intermittent at Heathrow T5 at the moment? Loads of us that work here haven’t been whats app messages till hours later, phone calls don’t go thru and apps not loading!!

@VodafoneUK Andy, I have spoken to your staff on a daily basis. The ‘story’ changes daily. (Story: most of it is fictional). Nobody is accountable, promises are broken on a daily basis. Find a senior manager to take this to, review the last 2 weeks calls - if they have the backbone to do it
