@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

Hello @VodafoneUK your customer service team is a joke. I have got my sense from a buttered piece of toast! 3 weeks trying to return something then to be told customer services don’t want to talk to me because it’s a complaint. Good work guys

@VodafoneUK Ok no problem I was just wondering at all as I am new to Vodafone as I was using the an @ThreeUK network before hand but the 4g speeds are far better on your network in my area on the unlimited max plan. Hopefully I don’t have to call up. Keep up the good work 👍

Hey there @VodafoneUK. Was this morning's maintenance in Fulham planned? And even if not, are you able to send a warning text it is down to phones that have a registered address in an affected area? Checker shows maintenance ongoing and good coverage but I've got no mobile data.
