Anyone thinking about getting broadband through @VodafoneUK I'd seriously reconsider. False advertising and the worst customer service known to man. Then after not receiving any of the deal we signed up for they want over £200 pound to cancel, robbing bastards

@GeoffBarton9 @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK The phone service is OK. What’s appalling is the treatment you get when you want to change ANYTHING. They can’t do what you want. They won’t do what you want. They aren’t around to do what you want (website down). Takes ages to get through. Then they screw up what they do!

@VodafoneUK Vodafone just lie. Sold me a renewal plan to find out they couldn’t honour. Then promised a call back within 36hrs to sort, 48hrs later nothing ! Disgraceful customer experience

It's funny how little of a **** @VodafoneUK give about long term customers. Tried to upgrade yesterday am and was told the handset would be delayed until at least Friday and there's nothing they can do. Decided to look last night, went through with it and phone came today. tits
