@VodafoneUK (2) ...any game that needs you to host your own server. I purchased the Gigacube and signed up as I was promised it was super fast and great for online gaming. Yet apparently it is not compatible with some games and games consoles. I have spoken to your support...

@VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown I’ve been trying to sign up to the superfast 2 deal as an existing customer. As soon as I login in your network goes down. I’ve been trying 2.5 hours. 3 calls and spoken to 7 advisors and none the wiser. Is this a sign not to sign up for broadband.

@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?
