@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

@millihill @VodafoneUK I use Tesco because you can go into the Tesco shop near me and speak to a PERSON who helps you !!!!! They use the O2 network but that isn’t what I care about

@millihill @VodafoneUK Vodafone are the worst...avoid at all cost. I moved back to @EE last week good 4G AND 5G coverage had a slight issue with first bill and they resolved it there and then on the call. I have a complaint with Vodafone that has been ongoing for 3 weeks, it's a never ending headache

@millihill @Ngordonthaxter @VodafoneUK I upgraded with them last year. My first phone was stolen by the delivery driver. Then the replacement they sent out has a fault down the screen I told them n had to call 5 times before they admitted they didn’t have any in stock of the phone I wanted. So they wouldn’t replace.

Bit of painful experience setting up new numbers with @VodafoneUK 3.5 hours at the shop and only got activation on third day. This despite having two existing contracts for nearly 15 years. Customer service seems non existent

@VodafoneUK I’m trying to get a Cellular Apple Watch working using OneNumber. I’ve been through numerous SIM swaps, re-boots and ten different people in stores and on phone but - 3 weeks on - no progress. How do I get to someone with experience & expertise in tech support? HELP!

@millihill @VodafoneUK BT have actually been fine on the very rare occasions I've had to call them. Of course, they no longer exist as everything mobile is now being shunted back to EE, now that they own it. And of course, never BT for broadband!
