@ooopsididntdidi @VodafoneUK Hi Ooops, the issue is if I had been told I could end my contract early & got a new one I would just have done that rather than paying for my data to be moved & now having to pay again! Vodafone are ripping customers off by not telling them & charging twice when it wasnt my fault

@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking that it has so far taken two weeks to add an Apple Watch to an account. Multiple calls made, endless excuses Re Covid, being told it will take some time due to a backlog of complaints is not the customer experience I thought Vodafone states !

@VodafoneUK I’m waiting for a phone to be collected for repair. Is there anyway of. tracking when DPD will arrive? I was told it would be collected on Friday, called and was told it could be Friday or Monday. That’s a lot of time waiting in for them. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK Hi Is there a mobile network issue in NW London? Cannot seem to connect to mobile data. Have tried the usual reboot, SIM in another phone and no joy. Voxi also seem to be slow.

@SkyHelpTeam been a customer with you for 25 years. We have yet another WiFi Internet outage and I’m working from home meaning more money lost on top of the money wasted on your service. Definitely not what I paid for, @VodafoneUK can you help? 25 years to Sky obviously mean 💩
