    What utter crap @VodafoneUK broadband is: the false promise - backs up to mobile - got a fault call us “I’m sorry the team aren’t here at the moment”. Costumer satisfaction falling. Can BT or Sky do better?

    @VodafoneUK after being a mobile customer for years I thought moving my broadband to you was a no brainier. Just a shame that you seem to struggle with moving home setup. 3 weeks in and still no broadband because you decided to cancel my move without telling me! #poorservice

    Right @VodafoneUK I’m not sure how you can disconnect our wifi and hand over to another provider without some contact with us. Top it off we spent 3 hours on your awful online help system and got nowhere. Now been told that we have to wait till December 18th to be reconnected.

    @VodafoneUK how hard have you made it to speak to a customer service advisor!! I will be seeking a new broadband provider as you clearly don’t need customers!! If I wasn’t in contract I’d be leaving you as my mobile provider also!
