@UrServiceBlows Definitely @VodafoneUK deserves worst customer service award. 7 months of blacklisted hell whilst paying full price. No amount of calls, chat, emails made a difference. Contract working again since yesterday after a week of publicly tweeting everything they’ve done!

Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK 10days from activation still no broadband. Book an engineer and they are sent to London when we live in Gloucester. No one can even say they activated the correct address but will take my money quite happily!!! #complaint #crapservice

Not had my business landline since Friday @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz & you go deathly quiet as soon as I switch to private DM. Still no supervisor call as promised within 24 hours. On Monday at 8am. Shockingly bad service.
