@VodafoneUK Why don’t you allow greater customisation to existing customer, if one wants to pay higher upfront and lower monthly payment. Even ready to pay 100 + upfront monthly payment reduced only by £1-2, thinking of switching

@VodafoneUK @vuecinemas I did mate. On the 31st. Was told to wait another 24hrs. Its been 48hrs since then. A total of 15 days for a global communications company uo fix my broadband. Was told Xmas and ny holidays "don't matter, we have 24/7 cover". Now I'm being told "well, the holidays..."
