@VodafoneUK it is impossible to contact with one of your service person through online chat or phone call whenever I call and I call every 2 years only when my contact needs renewal. You are also giving false information by telling you can do things online while you can Not!

@davesleney @VodafoneUK I'm with Lebara .2GB. 1000 U.K. minutes. 1000 U.K.texts. 100 International mins. £5.00 per month. That's the cheapest plan. Runs on Vodaphone network. I've no complaints at all. They also do more expensive plans. No contract. Just month to month.

@VodafoneUK Hi, apparently i failed the credit check but I was accepted by sky straight after..i understand you use a different credit check now which must be costing Vodafone a lot of customers. I have never missed a payment on 3 numbers over 29 years.

@OpenreachHelp I have logged an issue QIS71527. But you have not given a reason as to why you stopped installing the fibre ducting when over 2/3s of the estate has been completed. My broadband is so unreliable its extremely frustrating @Ofcom @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK This last month I've had an international calling add on. There seems to be a problem with the my Vodafone app thinking I've not used any. It still says 100 of 100 mins left. Can we fix this please? I need to know my remaining allowance.
