@VodafoneUK can you please fix your gigacube connections around victoria, its ridiculous that the connection makes copper connection feel fast and most definitely stable. The internet only gets better around 12 at midnight which is absolutely ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK been trying to upgrade, been on hold well over an hour, got through to an adviser, Darren, went through everything and then I put back in a queue! Really?! Poor service....one unhappy customer!

So I will pay the £251, have given notice on wife's account (due upgrade) and will do likewise when each of other phones come up for contract renewal. How incredibly shabby/short sighted of @VodafoneUK to treat customers in such a way! I'd probably have stayed another 20 years!

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee I have just had a two hour chat with your help desk trying to help a frail 86 year old they admit that it’s Vodaphone fault yet refuse to resolve saying it’s a Tela problem can you do something and stop the threatening letters?
