    @VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK @Sadunzylmz I have to say that l’ve been using Vodafone for years including the uk. Unfortunately Vodafone in Turkey does not treat its customers kindly. They charge me even though l didn’t buy an extra package. They don’t solve this problem of mine.

    @VodafoneUK What is wrong with your customer service. I spent a lot of time to just simply switch from pay monthly to pay as you go! Why is this simple request taking weeks for you to do!

    Okay, not happy with the way we have to log problems with @Plusnet but it WAS fast. Got a date for an engineer within minutes with an acknowledgement of a problem - couldn't get that with @VodafoneUK after MONTHS of trying. I'm impressed.

    Hey want to be with a provider with terrible signal, bad customer service (except management) still take your money when the contract was cancelled, be on the phone pass to different people as no one wants to deal with the problems they causes. Look no further join @VodafoneUK 🤬

    @VodafoneUK, 2 weeks after I told you that my router was broken you finally acknowledge it (only after I demonstrated it to you). Now its going to take *4 DAYS* to get me a replacement? Really not #feeltheconnection. Very, very bad service.

    @VodafoneUK Hi currently in Munich and should have roaming included in my plan. Received a text message as soon as I landed to tell me I did, phone shows full signal and 5G but data doesn’t work, any help? All data and roaming settings are on

    @VodafoneUK how do I get to speak to a person without having an account? You text me monthly about my bill, but I’m not with you. Webchat can’t help so gave me a phone number, but I can’t get through the phone menu because I don’t have an account with you.

    @VodafoneUK Why don’t you let people upgrade tablets online? Otherwise I’d have upgraded a while ago. Not good on the phone or in person but paying a huge amount still for effectively a broken iPad.
