Just spent 23 minutes on the phone to @VodafoneUK to try and sort out the horrible mess they've made of my account, only to be told the only way to sort it out is to drive to the nearest store with two forms of ID and stand in line with a bunch of other people waiting to be seen

@VodafoneUK Having dealt with customer services before, the only way I will do this is if I document my interactions with you and post the results for the future +so on. I've used Vodafone from 2011 and 100% things have gone downhill. First agent could actually deal with queries not pass.

Wow @VodafoneUK. I chat online for an hour explaining how your price increases are unjustifiable and that I can't afford to pay over £100 per month yet you couldn't care less. Apparently you say you care about customers more then money, what rubbish!! Lost me as a customer soon.

Hey @VodafoneUK why does roaming in the US on your partner @TMobile suck so badly? Lucky to get a signal, never mind useable data half the time, even in and around big cities. It’s pretty disappointing. Two other Vodafone sims with similar issues, in a newer phone too…

@VodafoneUK very disappointed Vodafone. Tried to order a new iPad Pro on my account, told my spend limit was exceeded and it would take 90 days ???? to get it changed. Already have 3 devices, and affordability is not an issue. Lost customer Vodafone!!
