    @Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

    On a train (as I am every week) can't have a phone call for more than 30 seconds. @VodafoneUK your signal is absolutely shocking. Why??? It's 2026. Surely your investments would see significantly better performance. Tired of this rubbish

    Hey @VodafoneUK, you have scheduled maintenance in my town, lasting until 18th September. I literally have 0 connectivity. Unless I’m on WiFi, I can’t make any calls or texts. Any chance of having my bill for the month refunded, seeing as I’m getting no service from you?

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
