@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

@VodafoneUK 10 hours wasted on the phone to you. Been promised 7 call backs and never received one. 2 months to get me broadband, 2 unrequested cancellations, 14 days WFH without internet in a pandemic, you failed to cancel my previous line and now refusing a refund on the charge

On the phone for 2 hours to 4 different people and still problem hasn’t resolve after I done everything. 4g on iPad still not working. And you’re telling me I still have to pay a cancellation fee for a service that didn’t work! 😔😤🤮 gav to wait 24hrs 4 manager call @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK This number 0333 3040 441 does not provide a UK service. Please inform me as I’ve asked multiple times how to get a UK Service to resolve my complaint. Not an offshore service that repeatedly over 7 weeks inform me that they cannot resolve my unresolved issue.
