@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

@VodafoneUK hey Vodafone my number was transferred to your network on Tuesday and I’ve had no incoming calls since. Your customer service has been diabolical so far is this the level of service I will receive on my new contract? How difficult can it be to provide a working mobile

@VodafoneUK I am not going to lie for a company the size of yours your online account portal has to be the worst I have ever seen I tried to upgrade my broadband speed and I have to phone up if I wanted to speak to someone I would of done that in the first place.
