@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

@VodafoneUK When are you going to reconnect my home broadband again - we have been out for 40 minutes now. Reset of rerouted have been tried! I can see others on Twitter have same problem.

My god what a horrible #CustomerService @VodafoneUK Over 1hour on the phone trying to order broadband and you failed to honour your own advertised offer for cashback or Amazon credit. This is clear misrepresentation and one to report to @Ofcom and @TradeStandards

@VodafoneUK my business broadband contract was renewed yday and was given a number landline telephone number. The OpenReach engineer set it up yday but internet hasn’t been working yet. Please can you help urgently as this affects my work as I am WFH. Thank you
