@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

Just spoke to a lovely lady from @VodafoneUK who is sending me a brand new handset tomorrow as am under warranty, such amazing customer service. Not sure why the store gave me bad advice but so happy to be sorted :)

Just spent an hour in a queue on @VodafoneUK broadband chat for them to cut me@off immediately. Ordered broadband over 5 months ago and still not connected. Contacted and complained 30+ times and they don’t do anything. Why is your customer service so bad???

@VodafoneUK I recieved my s23. Wifi calling is not appearing as an option in my phone settings. I have spoken to online chat and they told me to text CALLING to a number. Still doesn't work. Any ideas
