    @Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

    @KevinRohan3 @Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK If you upgrade your service while tied into a contract, you get a new 14 day cooling off period and you can cancel with no termination fees - massive loophole but a good thing to remember

    @hollymorgs @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Hi Holly, I'm sorry to hear your father's issues. Sadly this is an all too familiar story. They do not take responsibility. Vodafone should be able to give your father unlimited data under their Stay Connected Promise

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬
