@VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to lots of “advisors” today! None of them could advise and just kept passing me on to someone else. The last one I spoke to refused to help and kept asking for a dpa code, but wouldn’t tell me what it was or where to find it. I’ve even tried calling too! 🤬😡

@VodafoneUK Since receiving no help about transferring my onenumber account to a new device, I've set up a new account and attempted to cancel the existing one yet I can't do it using the my vodafone app , I can't log in because you're having issues.

@VodafoneUK Wifi calling is not available on my Samsung s21fe 5g. Tobi is useless, the help guides don't provide a solution, the online chat isn't working, 191 is not taking calls, and twitter dm left me hanging. 24yrs with Vodafone but now going to move provider.
