@VodafoneUK Still waiting for my trade in packaging to arrive. 3 times I have been in touch with customer support and paid £30 for 2 months worth of contract that should have been subsidised.

@VodafoneUK I have been charged just over £18 for calling my local dentist - 0118 (Wokingham local code). I am aware if lots of people who have had the same issue and there have been numerous posts on local Facebook pages. You are charging calls to 0118 as 08/09 calls
