@Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

@VodafoneUK : Locked out by "new" security authentication process. Voda decided (after 27 years using a password , 10 years of using an SMS to authenticate the account) to now use date of Birth as a new authentication process. Never gave them so defaults to Wrong DOB =locked a/c

Hi @VodafoneUK. Just wondering if your call centres are closed? I have been only hold for about 6 hours in total (over 3 calls) and never actually been able to speak to anyone!
