    @Teh_Shaunz0r @VodafoneUK I was with @Plusnet back when they were the new kids on the block and had a bad time with the call centre staff which put me off... best I've had is @virginmedia but they dont cover my area 😭

    When you cancel your @VodafoneUK contract and check your final bill and they haven’t cancelled it.. Quality customer service! Few more hours on the phone tomorrow. 👍🏻 Cheers #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Didn’t have this issue when using my previous o2 mobile data and before that my Three3 home broadband, so I don’t think it’s within the industry, it seems to be a Vodafone issue, where I live I can’t get fast enough broadband but luckily I’m in an area where 5g is compatible

    @VodafoneUK I’ve recently upgraded and need to send back my original phone after doing a diagnostic check but the tool in the app says my phone isn’t eligible please help

    @nickscott1306 @vodafone Honestly the more people I talk to @VodafoneUK the easier they make it to cancel all our contracts. 8days of calls .. 8 different bits of information! Glad to see someone takes ownership and cares about their customers #neverendingstory

    59 minutes on the phone to @VodafoneUK - 30 of them on hold. Is my person even still there or have I been abandoned? Do I call it quits and hang up?? They are officially the most appallingly unhelpful company of all time. AVOID AT AL COSTS!!!

    @VodafoneUK 5th day since I've been having Internet problems, informed Vodafone, several chats, several DMs, several promises, but just got told technical team is still investigating the issue. I am having to use mobile data to connect my laptop. Very bad customer service.
