    Don't @VodafoneUK have an outbound customer service line to speak with customers! Do we have to wait on chat for hours! Sort your service levels out before attempting to sell your service to customers because your customer service is very far from desireable! it's Despicable!

    @peterPhotos @VodafoneUK Thanks Peter. It’s really kind of you to take the time to offer words of support. I should say, when my father died, the bereavement team at Vodafone were just lovely, and did what they said they would. Most helpful. This is really wearing though!

    @VodafoneUK - you have lost your principles and customer service basics, 1 of the worst companies i've come across. Poor is an understatement. Is anyone happy to help me remind @VodafoneUK what customer service is as I have wasted so much time because of their inefficiencies!

    @VodafoneUK It’s ok… I spent an hour on hold to speak to someone. Without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever received from any Uk company is from @VodafoneUK. Won’t be renewing my account.

    @BandBajaateRaho - to be noted, @VodafoneUK forced me to pay the bill or else they would not re-connect my account even though they know its in dispute! Steer away from these corporate crooks and bullies! @VodafoneUK - your service has a lot to be desired for!
