Got to feel sorry for the @VodafoneUK staff on Twitter. None of the problems that Vodafone cause for their customers are the front line staff's fault, and they take the brunt of consequences of horrifically badly "made" systems right royally hacking off their customers.

Whatever you do don't go with @VodafoneUK for home broadband. They are useless and will lie through their teeth when they get it wrong. Awfull service. Never ever again!

@VodafoneUK I knew I should have stayed with ee. A bit more expensive but rarely had a problem in my 15 years of them. Sometimes a cheaper contract isn't worth the headache.
