    I'd suggest that @VodafoneUK get the finger out and resolve this national broadband outage before 3pm because the @Wrexham_AFC game is on and they don't want to deal with the wrath of @VancityReynolds on behalf of everyone who can no longer access it on TV.

    @VodafoneUK so, any formal acknowledgment that the Vodafone broadband service is down in the UK? Not possible to chat to anyone and the tool doesn’t work. So, is it Openreach issue? Any time frame to solve the problem?
