I am at the end of my tether with @VodafoneUK I phone you guys about a god damn line fault on my VDSL/Phone line the phone rings at times when I picked up the damn receiver. All @VodafoneUK Customer service are useless that’s 5 different departments I went through non listen.

@VodafoneUK I sent all the requested photos to @VodafoneUK and was told to call back in 1 hr and someone would definitely help me. But when I called back they told me they couldn’t help because the section that loads the emails onto the system can take 24 hrs. Is this acceptable service?

@VodafoneUK Day 8 of no connection for a new @VodafoneUK customer. Tonight I’ve been told that the 3rd line team will need to run some tests. But that it could take 48 hrs. Shame this wasn’t escalated on Day 1 instead of being told to ‘reset it and it will be fine’, repeatedly. It’s not.
