@VodafoneUK Connectivity issues. Not ringing despite volume on, missing calls, won’t connect to wifi or Bluetooth. I’ve done every trouble shoot I was told with no luck. The phone is 2 months old & these issues for weeks now.

@VodafoneUK Chris I’m still n the call now, my Discovery plus free 6 months suddenly stopped after about 1.5 months thats all my query i. It’s an awful customer experience to say the least it’s now almost an hour

@VodafoneUK your sales people are uncontactable, no one will talk to us. We had a new internet service installed and they don’t work. 4hr SLA ended a week ago. Service levels are below shocking. Can’t recommend any business services
