@VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

@VodafoneUK I spoke to them, they couldn't help until I asked for a PAC code. Amazingly they then found me a good deal that was much better than I've had, and exactly what I wanted. Should have been a bit easier than all the messing around though!

@VodafoneUK Your internet is shameful. I constantly have to use @O2 mobile internet. Ironically my husband is on Voda and he has to buy more data every month because your internet in our house is soooo terrible!!! Avoid this company.

@VOXI_UK Mobile Internet issues over the past few days on the @VodafoneUK network is unacceptable and its not just twitter being affected as I'm starting to see some online stores not loading assets. I'm refunding and switching network if not resolved by tomorrow.

@VodafoneUK whilst I understand the issue with twitter media files not loading for 4g customers is being looked into I find your silence on the issue very problematic. Why haven't you made any announcements to clarify what is going on. It is unacceptable. 48 hours and counting.

@VodafoneUK terrible company to have your phone contact with took a new contact out with them to find out your airtime bill not together with the handset you pay them separately an if you make a payment before it's due it doesn't come of your bill what a joke

@VodafoneUK It would appear that there is a misconfiguration that is blocking those on Vodafone from accessing Twitter. Unsure if your social support software can see the thread I've tagged you in but we've done a little digging! Possible DNS issue?

@VodafoneUK still problems with twitter and other apps I cant load because of problems with your network really not good enough now and had enough of poor service after years of being with you. Presume if this doesn't get fixed quick I can find a new provider with better service

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting behaviour regarding a sim only contract for my son,can’t get reception in numerous places in @bath he’s 11 years old and it’s not safe for him not to be able to make calls. No help with customer service.#disgusting#poorservice
