@VodafoneUK I spoke to them, they couldn't help until I asked for a PAC code. Amazingly they then found me a good deal that was much better than I've had, and exactly what I wanted. Should have been a bit easier than all the messing around though!

@VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

If you are thinking of using @VodafoneUK as your ISP provider be wary of their terrible service and process to get you connected, they will give your dates and then not turn up and leave you hanging for months without a service. I have given up on them.

@VodafoneUK Thanks (belatedly) for this. Haven't had time 'til today to deal with this... and have now been in a VERY slow conversation with a Vodafone person for an hour, and still not at all sorted. MOBi (tried again on multiple browsers) still not working. Really, really frustrating.

Such a bad experience from @VodafoneUK. I opted to go with Vodafone Broadband as I was a Vodafone mobile network customer with @VodafoneAU for 5 years and the service was so good in Australia. So disappointed with the service here by @VodafoneUK. So much Delay in installation

Woow, @VodafoneUK is offering an outstanding renewal package for my broadband contract which represents a 35% increase YoY. This is 60% more than if I was a new customer to them. Total rip off, time to go somewhere else. Mobile phone also increasing, bye bye Vodafone!
