@VodafoneUK I spoke to them, they couldn't help until I asked for a PAC code. Amazingly they then found me a good deal that was much better than I've had, and exactly what I wanted. Should have been a bit easier than all the messing around though!

@VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Worst not only in BB but their phone contracts and CS team there also are possibly the best example of how NOT to treat a customer! Try Virgin, not great CS either but very good BB.

@VodafoneUK Hi Beth, Im travelling around so wouldn’t know where I’d be whenever it would arrive.... and post from UK to NZ is also experiencing a lot of delays! Also no one in the UK would fancy a trip to a horrible crowded post office with the covid situation :(

So if you wanna pay £50 a month for zoom dropping WiFi, get talked over by their customer service team, advised to break lockdown rules, and wait 20 seconds just to reach google home page...@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup are your go-to. 👍🏼

On a neighbours door and ask to borrow their phone to test my WiFi. IN A PANDEMIC!!!!!! @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK i honestly have never been spoken to in the way that your customer service has.
