@VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

@VodafoneUK I spoke to them, they couldn't help until I asked for a PAC code. Amazingly they then found me a good deal that was much better than I've had, and exactly what I wanted. Should have been a bit easier than all the messing around though!

@VodafoneUK nobody can phone me anyway because the incomeing phone calls are not working. And I have no fear of people phoning me. but it will be fixed with the new broadband upgade. I hope.

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK There is a basic problem with all BB suppliers. 1) consistency = constant/ random dropping of supply 2) consistent lack of speed and band width, it’s up and down, with no control or info. Basically the whole lot are at least poor or at best dreadful.

@VodafoneUK hi, you replied to me once then ghosted me. took money for an EUDATA pack and not added it. Also won’t allow me to add one. In Europe And can’t buy data from you. Makes no sense. There is an issue your end. When will it be fixed?

@wilsondan @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot To be honest its actually the best network here (but not by much) Next choice from locals I have previously had conversations with is 3. We are in a "geographically challenged" area. We still only get basic Freeview telly for example - but we do get RTE so I dunno....

@VodafoneUK Travelled to the USA, pay almost £50 per month for roam anywhere, unlimited data. get here and absolutely 0 service. From New York City to washington DC, can’t connect, T Mobile, 5 bars, but only E for data. half the time it just says no service can’t swap manually
