    @VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

    WOW @VodafoneUK suck. We contact them well in advance of moving so that we can get internet set up at the new place seamlessly. They say ‘no problem, call back 2 weeks before your move date’. We do. They say ‘oh the place you’re moving to has to have this specific type, 1/

    @VodafoneUK what an absolute Shower your company is, if only I could SPEAK to a HUMAN without hanging on the line for over 30 minutes or wasting time on the web chat. I’m not renewing my contract, over 25 years I’ve been a customer!😡

    I swear @VodafoneUK has the clunkiest website and orders cancel after being placed due to "technical issues" where they then make you go through online chat for two hours with no resolution 🙄
