    @VodafoneUK I spoke to them, they couldn't help until I asked for a PAC code. Amazingly they then found me a good deal that was much better than I've had, and exactly what I wanted. Should have been a bit easier than all the messing around though!

    @VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

    .@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup my Internet was working, sign up for another 2yrs & now its stopped working, what are you doing? Nothing needed changing other than new 2yr contract, nothing needed activation, so why is my Internet dead, factory reset not the answer. Find a solution!

    @VodafoneUK I can’t log in to my vodaphone from the link you’ve emailed. It just gets stuck a loop and never displays the page. And if I go straight to the browser I get internal server error trying to log in.

    @VodafoneUK Dropping you a DM won’t solve or change a thing. You robbed me of money every month. You won’t resolve it. I’ve asked Again and again. I’ve given up hope. That is why I went with EE I paid the agreed amount every month but you ***** added **** and it wasn’t legal so **** off

    @VodafoneUK my usually brilliant 4g signal seems to have disappeared all this week, struggling to get any signal. Is there a place you can see if any planned maintenance is happening or is it due to the 3g switch off for some reason? 🤔

    @VodafoneUK Brought my daughter a tech 21 for Xmas. It was faulty do brought it back within 14 days. Jody the assistant manager didn't even bother look at the faulty case but told me they wouldn't except it. She was very hostile and rude. Embarrassed me in front of others in store.
