@VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

@VodafoneUK No thanks. Been through it all a thousand times, service is the worst broadband I’ve ever had and cannot wait to change providers. Not wasting more hours of my life going round in circles because Vodafone customer services haven’t got a clue what day it is.

@VodafoneUK Another day without BB. No communication to let us know what the problem is. No contact from an engineer to check the installation. No date to let us know when it is going live. Nothing. Just automated replies wanting us to enter details again and again which make no difference.

Day 21 (Twenty-One) since my @cityfibre connection failed. Still no sign of a return to service, or any hint of what the problem is. @vodafoneUk doing all they can to keep me updated. They need to be asking serious questions of CF, as this does not reflect well on them either.

@VodafoneUK I have spoken to 3 different people and when they can’t give me the same deal I can get elsewhere I ask to cancel my plan and they suddenly get disconnected! It’s also a nightmare to get through to anyone whether it’s the live chat or phone! Awful service!
