@VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

Hi @VodafoneUK do you have staff that actually help you rather than A. End the call B. Transfer the call C. Tell you to hold whilst they “check” then keep you on hold forever until your made to hang up. It happens every time. After 10 years of being a customer I am now leaving 👋🏼
