@VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

@VodafoneUK It is every day 24/7 365 days. I had a sure signal, which you made me pay for, then you stopped that and moved to WiFi calling, which doesn’t work. Spent hours speaking to your technical services (on a landline as they couldn’t hear me). It’s just not good enough!

@VodafoneUK My issue was simply sorted out by replacing the sim. Plz make sure that ur employees are well trained to handle customers’ queries, or at least to be capable to advise on the right route

@VodafoneUK I think it’s self explanatory. WiFi calling doesn’t boost the signal and therefore making phones calls is virtually impossible

@VodafoneUK I saw that and it doesn’t really explain much. It’s disappointing the service has been pulled now people travel more without warning or notice or explanation. Hopefully an alternative will be available soon.

I hate paying for a service and not getting it, @virginmedia and @VodafoneUK has been down for 3 days. No wifi, no telly, no 4G, sometimes can’t even text or call because completely no service. Been impossible to contact my dad who I care for while working full time! What a joke!
