@VodafoneUK I seem to be one in a number of other people who are experiencing connectivity issues with my broadband this evening. Intermittent outages, despite my speed test showing 36mbps. I’ve already restarted the router twice. Any other suggestions would be welcome 👍🏻

very poor service as usual from @VodafoneUK again, 24/7 support been trying for an hour to speak to somebody, keep up the poor work @VodafoneUK nothing changes !

@VodafoneUK I spoke to them, they couldn't help until I asked for a PAC code. Amazingly they then found me a good deal that was much better than I've had, and exactly what I wanted. Should have been a bit easier than all the messing around though!

@geofftech @VodafoneUK Interesting. I had the same problem over BT Broadband several years ago (Twitter images not loading). None of the support staff even understood my description of the problem - kept testing the connection and saying it was working 🤦. The main reason I moved to Virgin Media.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup The fact that nobody called me back at an agree time to follow up a complaint shows the truly abysmal state of your customer relations. When you can’t even be bothered to follow up as you should then this endorses my decision to go elsewhere.
