@VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@VodafoneUK I haven't expected this from Vodafone. I have been facing network issues. I still haven't gotten a proper response from Vodafone. They keep asking me screenshots of the speed test, after sending multiple screenshots they aren't satisfied.
