    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK you absolute excuse for customer service. 4hrs, 10 Tobi-people, each asking exactly the same thing - in one ear and out the other - just to have a data add-on put on my account, a week after I asked. I have aged in the time you’ve taken from me.

    @VodafoneUK I set up a direct debit when I took out my contract. Why have I just had a text to say payment overdue & you’ve added £5 when you’ve not attempted to take money.. nor tell me there was any issue with the direct debit. I’m not having £5 added for your incompetence
