    @MartinSLewis on chat with @VodafoneUK over an hour to recoup £18 in charges for ringing NHS 0845 number as 111 not available in Cwm Taf Wales to seek info on being in a vulnerable group as advised by my GP. Shocking. Will forward full transcript when received. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Amazon Prime sub inclusive entertainment on my mobile contract until 21/05/2022. Email from Amazon telling me it's been cancelled. Tried DM, was answered...30mins ago, but nothing since. Can somebody PLEASE help me with this?

    @BritishGas Very sweet of you Faatimah but it was 12 years ago and the moment has probably passed. It still remains the worst official letter ever but @VodafoneUK have taken poor customer service and dodging contractual obligations to a whole new level. They had their chances. Bye bye DD.

    @VodafoneUK can you let me know what’s happened to the network in Chelmsford. Cant make calls without it continually dropping or the other person unable to hear me despite having full bars!. I’m not alone with this issue either. Please advise. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK I don't think so because previous month as well they didn't solve my voice and data issue which was there for 10 days and that issue got auto resolved finally. This time as well same attitude from the team. No response.
