    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    @VodafoneUK - how do I contact you to notify you of fraud? Keep getting a suspicious email saying I’ve an overdue balance but I am not a customer - try to call you but without an account or voda mobile number I am in a circle of automated death and wasting time - thanks

    Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.
