@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

@VodafoneUK Thank you for your response. She’s not on social media, but she was so upset and tearful (11th deadline for fix missed) I’m just desperate to help her. She’s almost never called back and each time she gets through, new advisor has to read all the notes, and has no answers.

@VodafoneUK technical support on the iwatch is awful … my husband treated himself 2-3 weeks ago. Cannot connect without his phone. Paying for contract and useless. Shop will not help either, been in touch with tech support a few times and still doesn’t work 😣
