If you are looking to change broadband providers then AVOID @VodafoneUK at all costs!! The worst service I have ever experienced. Currently looking like having no broadband for Xmas! Useless!!

@VodafoneUK coming up to 3 weeks with no data on my Apple Watch. Calling support everyday, spent over 5 hours on calls with 191 now, and still no luck. All SLAs I got quoted so far have been exceeded, I was promised a bunch of call backs and was never phoned...

Disappointed with @VodafoneUK . Our father passed and all we wanted was to transfer the account from his name. Instead we got a month without WiFi or landline for no good reason. On the day the engineer was supposed to visit they never turned up during their 5 hour slot? Awful.

@sjparker36 @VodafoneUK We will switch provider when we move in about 1 month. Has been an issue for around 6 months now and the past 1-2 months it just keeps happening more frequently. Cuts off at evening or late night and stays off till morning every time for us.. 😐
