    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    When will "technical problems" on Big Bundles be sorted pl @VodafoneUK ? Been 4 days now and credit balance being hit with £1 a day deduction - £30 for a month is the MOST expensive PAYG :(

    @VodafoneUK tried to cancel moms phone on Saturday. Got a security question wrong. Told to go to a store with id today. Done that. Lady asked my moms security word which she told her. Right it’s reset. She then said don’t know why they didn’t just ask you that on the phone!
