It’s now a further 3 days on and no sign of a router arriving. At the same time it is impossible to hotspot my data to my laptop. Too slow

Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.
