@VodafoneUK I did look at phone and see the prices for phones I was interested in to upgrade but was all stupid prices while other networks offered way less and better stuff. Samsung S21 FE with 20GB £30 upfront £83 include insurance Google Pixel 6 £61pm with insurance 6 pro £79pm

@VodafoneUK worst customer service experience over the phone I’ve ever had. We’ve bought a Vodafone curve and the device clip has broken and no one cares 🙃 so now our dog is without her tracker. What’s the point in the device if it is going to break after 3 months of use.

@VodafoneUK Thank you for that link. However, in order to fill out a fraud report, it is requesting all kinds of information (phone, address) that is irrelevant. Also, even if I try to fill it out, it will not accept it since I do not reside in the UK. Can you direct me to another solution?
