    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    When will "technical problems" on Big Bundles be sorted pl @VodafoneUK ? Been 4 days now and credit balance being hit with £1 a day deduction - £30 for a month is the MOST expensive PAYG :(

    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    @VodafoneUK Thanks I'm on super fast 1 fibre. 2year contract which I don't want to change. have the thg3000 router which I assume does not support ipv6? If I get my own router with ipv6 support will this work on my broadband with ipv6? Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK your Broadband service is Diabolical, went offline Thursday last week. Promised that someone from technical would call me, nothing! Called again Friday, same hollow promise, same Saturday, and Sunday, again today, no communication whatsoever.

    @ambo_bod @VodafoneUK Companies like yours should be making it an automatic OPT-OUT to all forms of product marketing unless the consumer opts in!!. Far too much hard sell that vulnerable people may not be able to say no too!. Me?, l just tell them to do one and hang up!
