    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

Logistics is I'm sure crazy this time of the year but surely if you know there's a sale event plus Christmas you'd ensure additional logistical service was ready to cope so you don't have issues

    @VodafoneUK One of your advisors has been reassuring customers that roaming is included on a basic plan. This prevented one customer from moving to an upgraded plan within the 14 day cooldown period. They're now stuck in another country without the data they were promised. Why?
