    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    @percylittlep @VodafoneUK Customer Service is just a firewall for a under resourced service. I been without a viable landline for 8 days and we have a Medical need for it. Each day they say it will be fixed tomorrow. A spot light needs to be shone on this Company on how they deal with vulnerable people.

    @VodafoneUK 8 days without a viable landline for a medically vulnerable customer who is shielding. A viable landline is a medical necessity. All I get from customer service is it will be fixed tomorrow. A spot light needs to be shone on your company regarding vulnerable customers.

    @Drysdaleboy1 @VodafoneUK That is exactly what I have said to the poor people who have to face up for Vodafone’s incompetence. Every time I have spoken to someone I have apologised in advanced and said that unfortunately they will have to take the brunt of the many failed promises.
