    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    @Ofcom @itvnews I have made 4 applications to @VodafoneUK since 23 Jan for social tariff broadband. I receive confirmation email but then complete silence. I have spent hours on helpline trying to resolve issue. According to Vodafone criteria I do qualify. Investigate please.

    @VodafoneUK I'm trying to cancel a big value bundle. Calling 2345 gave no option for it and just wanted to sell me another one. Same deal with the live chat. Same deal with the Twitter bot. What kind of scam are you running where you happily accept it but refuse to cancel it?

    Todays culprit of just non existent customer service is @VodafoneUK 13 and a half years with them and it counts for nothing. Did customer service exist before Covid or am I just remembering things with a rose tinted viewpoint?

    Wish @VodafoneUK would acknowledge and fix that fact that Internet has been down in Roslin, Midlothian for the past month. Thousands of complaints and still no action or acknowledge of the problem. Surely the residents of Roslin are due a refund for the data we are paying for!
