    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    @ThreeUK good customer for 12 years after being offered 3 different plans with you to upgrade which are still more expensive than @virginmedia @VodafoneUK it ends up your agents got it wrong, then promised a call back between 11am and 1pm by a manager - I have not had a call

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK V sorry for your loss. I've had PoA for both my parents, reg'd in 2010. My experience is few companies train their staff to understand what PoA is. I could see/hear staff panic as I introduced myself as their reg'd Attorney. LTSB were worst in 2010, tho by 2015 they'd improved.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yes. And debt is "sold" from one collector to another, so it never ends, even if you give in and pay it. I paid off a relative's debt and ten years later I'm still getting calls trying to collect again
