    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    Having trouble using the code for the flowers for @VodafoneUK veryme reward. Only have an hour to use it and it says invalid code! If you put it in the discount box it takes the premium off but still charges you £6.99 delivery and if you put it in the discount box it says invalid

    @VodafoneUK Shocking beyond belief customer service. I was in a queue for 1 hour 47 minutes and never got through. I was then cut off. I have broadband and two mobile contracts through Vodafone. I will be ending all as soon as possible.
