    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    @VodafoneUK should train your online staff who are there to service customers via chat. The know-how level of technical issues is so poor that is embarrassing for Vodafone I am left with a disrupted sim since last Friday, keep getting conflicting solutions advice-and no service!

    The cheek of phone companies never ceases to surprise me. Yesterday I looked at my mum's phone bill. Turns out she's been paying £15+ extra a month to @VodafoneUK for the last year for a dongle and additional sim. She doesn't know what a dongle is, she never received the sim.

    Very disappointed with @VodafoneUK I’ve had no signal or any mobile data for the past hour and half, I’ve checked signal checker on the Vodafone website and nothing.. I rely on my mobile a lot and I can’t use it! Very unreliable!
