    @VodafoneUK No 5G signal at Llandough Hospital CF64 2XX. EE have full 5G bars. Switched to Vodafone as it was the best data and signal in the area. Might have hundreds of staff switching to EE if it stays like this!

    @VodafoneUK - how do I contact you to notify you of fraud? Keep getting a suspicious email saying I’ve an overdue balance but I am not a customer - try to call you but without an account or voda mobile number I am in a circle of automated death and wasting time - thanks

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    @VodafoneUK Just to confirm, there's no FTTC network issues in my village? We get so many calls from people claiming to be from @OpenreachHelp saying we have poor speeds. I'm fed up of the spam calls. When I politely challenge them on it they get abrupt. CF644QS.

    When will "technical problems" on Big Bundles be sorted pl @VodafoneUK ? Been 4 days now and credit balance being hit with £1 a day deduction - £30 for a month is the MOST expensive PAYG :(

    @VodafoneUK Is the worst. Last June I opted to leave Vodafone as I was paying an eye watering £40 a month for not very much. So In June 2020 I called an made arrangement to pay off what was owing and move on. In January I'm still being billed £40 a month.

    @VodafoneUK Anyone else having a problem with leaving a phone back to Vodafone? I cancelled my contract over a week ago and they were to send me the envelope to return but the have told me its royal mails fault but wont give me address to post the phone back myself.

    @VodafoneUK Could you make it easier for people to cancel contracts with you? After spending probably 10k with you over several years all I want is to leave. How do I contact you without having to call you during working hours and wait in a bloody queue. Why is that so hard in a digital age?

    @jordanjamesr @VodafoneUK They aren’t doing it. Issue is; I had a Voda PAYG temporarily in ‘19. On 6/8/19 I sign 2 year contract. £60/month. Every month I get ‘your £60 bill due’ text.... but also get ‘your £426.19 bill is due’ because unbeknown to me my PAYG tariff is still running too! Not my fault!

    @VodafoneUK If you make it impossible for people to notify you in writing, particularly during a pandemic when we cannot send you letters, and your call centres are clearly not as operational, then I'm sure you don't mind these issues being raised with communication ombudsman.

    Totally disappointed and dumbfounded with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Have contractually binding text conversation re entertainment pack and it has been taken away from my account. No luck with customer services based in Egypt. Wasted 3 hours so far and they refuse to escalate.
