    @VodafoneUK your agents promise, but don’t deliver! I have just cancelled my contract after 3 weeks trying to upgrade my phone (never arrived)I was assured this month my account would be credited instead I have been charged nearly double including additional non requested data

    @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis They have just phoned me offering a worse deal with EE instead of Vodafone, and have said that they can’t process order because of problems with “credit checks,” without giving any more information. @VodafoneUK do not seem to have any information on credit checks. 1/2

    @AppleSupport why have you joined with @VodafoneUK for the Apple Watch? They do not have a clue. I have had the watch a week and it’s still not even connected. So many issues with they’re shocking customer service/ technical knowledge.

    I really wonder about my new @VodafoneUK router. According to the chat agent, you can't change the wifi settings before it's paired to your customer account. It saves them, but phones can't connect. Hard-reset via button after agent had paired it didn't forget them, though. Huh.

    @mischawatson They didn’t say anything about a £20 change of plan fee! On top of adding a security plan I told them not to add! @VodafoneUK so bloody sneaky. Never had any issues before but now would deter friends from using their sneaky network! not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!
