    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

    @TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

    @VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money you’ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if you’ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

    @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis They have just phoned me offering a worse deal with EE instead of Vodafone, and have said that they can’t process order because of problems with “credit checks,” without giving any more information. @VodafoneUK do not seem to have any information on credit checks. 1/2

    @PilotDeborah @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @O2 @EE EE is your best bet! I ditched Three for a move to EE a year or so ago and never looked back. O2 struggle in airports. Best thing to do is get a prepaid SIM card and try out a different company that way before you commit. Especially if you have a dual SIM phone 😀

    @VodafoneUK my poor hubby has had a terrible experience with Vodafone 2 years ago had a new phone, Vodafone offered a free tablet with it, unfortunately it too had a SIM card so instead of reducing his bill it doubled it and he was not told there was a SIM card in it
