Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

@VodafoneUK There was no mention of the 70% on the Vodaphone battery check report and shop didn’t know either. Needs to be less ambiguous. Either the phone fails or it doesn’t but vodaphobe want a ‘big fail’. My phone failed the test your company offers but seems that wasn’t enough.
