    When will "technical problems" on Big Bundles be sorted pl @VodafoneUK ? Been 4 days now and credit balance being hit with £1 a day deduction - £30 for a month is the MOST expensive PAYG :(

    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    Anyone else noticed that since my provider @ThreeUK & @VodafoneUK merged that their phone signal is now worse than it was before. South Ayrshire, West coast of Scotland. Both my phone & my mifi signal are way worse particularly during the day. Time to move contract I think 🤔

    @antonycotton @VodafoneUK Terrible customer service. Into our 2nd day of no broadband and no way to contact them. On hold for 2 hours and no web chat people available to help. Stay away from them. Use Virgin, much better customer service and network.
