Dan Tappin (@oitappin) reported from Cardiff, Wales@TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

They took £200 from my mothers account for an early termination fee that no one explained to her and ‘can’t give her a refund’ even though they made £21,331m last year!
