@VodafoneUK It's only the next village over. I've just ordered a SIM for my mobile number two. I'll register my postcode & might do for that one as it's so close for when & if U do get the village covered. I know that maps are never really that accurate!

@VodafoneUK Good afternoon. I'm needing some help to get my "Proof of Purchase" I have sent a form saying Proof will be sent 1-3 days (this is day 4) I have tried Tobi - no help I have called and my call got cancelled. I feel like I'm just going around in circles atm 😭😭

@VodafoneUK Hi Daniel, found a resolution after looking through other people’s posts here. Looks like the app no longer works with Chrome as default browser and I’ve had to go back to Safari in order to use it. Very disappointing! Please get app developers to fix for any browser. Thanks

Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

Do not ever use @VodafoneUK ! They’re holding us hostage in a contract where the internet is not working, we sent them everything back as advised, tracked, it got delivered! Just because you are lying about not finding the delivery does not give you the right to keep charging!

@VodafoneUK Why not communicate these issues better? Unable to email impacted customers so as to save them hours of effort? And how will this outage be accounted for on our monthly bills? You are first and foremost a Comms company = can I suggest you communicate better!!!

@bahallathegreat @VodafoneUK That's the problem, they all use Openreach which BT has monopolises. The alternatives are Virgin which aren't in my area. We've never had a decent transition to a new provider.

@VodafoneUK Took out a brdbd contract on 3 March, to start on 20. You and @WeAreOpenreach cancelled the first order (!) so had to reorder and OpenReach engineer supp to come out and install by 1 today. Which of course has not happened. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced
