@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

@GeorgeMonbiot I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company with @VodafoneUK Literally had me in tears of disbelief & exasperation. Lied & were unaccountable for their actions. I’d been with them for 17yrs. Eventuality got out & have warned others ever since not to go near them.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had similar problems with them around 25 years ago. I threatened their debt collectors (Vodaphone owed me money!) with court action for harassment in quite a loud voice when they phoned me AT WORK. Haven’t been near them since.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Get in contact with the financial ombudsman, i work at a phone service provider (not vodafone) and after like 8 weeks of no resolution to your case you have to legally be provided with the ombudsman’s details (you can also find them online)

@VodafoneUK I spent at least 50 hours on calls with your back office trying to resolve it. I’m convinced Vodafone have a deliberate internal policy of wasting customer’s time until they give up. Disgraceful customer service.
