@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK Just to confirm, there's no FTTC network issues in my village? We get so many calls from people claiming to be from @OpenreachHelp saying we have poor speeds. I'm fed up of the spam calls. When I politely challenge them on it they get abrupt. CF644QS.

Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

@VodafoneUK It's only the next village over. I've just ordered a SIM for my mobile number two. I'll register my postcode & might do for that one as it's so close for when & if U do get the village covered. I know that maps are never really that accurate!

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK Hi Daniel, found a resolution after looking through other people’s posts here. Looks like the app no longer works with Chrome as default browser and I’ve had to go back to Safari in order to use it. Very disappointing! Please get app developers to fix for any browser. Thanks

@VodafoneUK In the interim you’ve refused to give us a reasonable temporary fix. I asked for an emergency dongle on part of day two and was promised it can be sorted. Come day 3/day 4 I was told it was not possible because it would incur a cost TO ME and no such thing is possible anyway.

@VodafoneUK When it is you guys who are failing to provide a service we pay for, for almost 96 whole hours. Esp. at a time when people are expected to work from home and have stable internet connection. Some feedback for you because I will be looking to switch as soon as I can.
