    @VodafoneUK Hi Daniel, found a resolution after looking through other people’s posts here. Looks like the app no longer works with Chrome as default browser and I’ve had to go back to Safari in order to use it. Very disappointing! Please get app developers to fix for any browser. Thanks

    I must say @VodafoneUK & @plusnethelp trying to get broadband installed In my company has been up there with getting teeth pulled. If you could both have the ability to talk to a human you never know you might get more business. #gaveup

    .... 9:30PM, @VodafoneUK advisor no. 4 - "sorry, you were misinformed, you cant change it on the chat but if you call us you can" *calls number given AGAIN* Vodafone advisor no. 5 - "no sorry you cant change it as your a new customer. Hopefully your neighbour is home" Cont'd...

    So all in all crappy start to my switch to @VodafoneUK ... hope the phrase "start as you mean to go on" isnt applicable here.. seriously disappointed by their service so far 👍👍 seems all they care about it getting your money

    Hi @VodafoneUK ever since @ThreeUK put a new 5g mast up less than 100m from my house I have barely had any signal in my house and surrounding area. Please can you investigate postcode cf11 6dr Thank you.

    @VodafoneUK Truly disgusted with the service from Vodafone customer service! 72 hours without any internet and false promises of an engineer making contact! I’ve wasted hours trying to sort this out and still no internet!

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Just to confirm, there's no FTTC network issues in my village? We get so many calls from people claiming to be from @OpenreachHelp saying we have poor speeds. I'm fed up of the spam calls. When I politely challenge them on it they get abrupt. CF644QS.

    @VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money you’ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if you’ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

    @VodafoneUK your agents promise, but don’t deliver! I have just cancelled my contract after 3 weeks trying to upgrade my phone (never arrived)I was assured this month my account would be credited instead I have been charged nearly double including additional non requested data

    @VodafoneUK ...not even 24h with you guys and I'm already thinking about changing to another provider in my cooling of Period. Mainly due to your client service, the IA is horrible, when you ask for a human, you need a code , that never arrived in my mobile.

    @VodafoneUK is it true you're being forced to upgrade customers on Fibre 2 to a higher package as @GOVUK are removing this fibre service & upgrading the cables rendering fibre 2 redundant by the end of 2027? I've just been told this by your staff at retentions.
