@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

Hinestly the WiFi amd data on my phone is doing me head in! Can't connect to the WiFi without something going slow and even on me 4G nothing works! Got unlimited data until July as well @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK after 3 weeks of no service over Christmas we get service back only to loose it again 3 weeks later. Now another 2 weeks have gone by without any signal in Praa Sands. We are being told it will be another week at least before it is fixed. This is unacceptable

@JeanGowin may I ask you a question please? I'm desperate to leave @VodafoneUK as there are continual issues they seem unable to resolve. Where does ownership of the service reside. Ie how would we know if its a fibre issue? Or an issue with the box on my property?

@VodafoneUK Passed from pillar to post repeating myself continuously. No manager has contacted me, one tried to but failed to contact the correct number. The service is appalling and unacceptable.
