@VodafoneUK Hi Daniel, found a resolution after looking through other people’s posts here. Looks like the app no longer works with Chrome as default browser and I’ve had to go back to Safari in order to use it. Very disappointing! Please get app developers to fix for any browser. Thanks

Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

@VodafoneUK Will never use Vodafone again. For years had a work phone I used on pay as you go. You ended that option in place of rip off bundles. Your customer service was disgusting too. Would advise anyone to avoid this horrible company who are only out to rip customers off.

@VodafoneUK Shocking. I got hung up on. 39 mins and put on hold and eventually someone says those texts are harmless. But I pay for them and then put on hold and hung up on. Disgusting service.

@VodafoneUK Thanks Tal for your kind offer. Sadly it is too late I’ve terminated (within 14 days of upgrade). The service hasn’t work since 8 Dec despite my best efforts to work with you over many hours - no Broadband or phone service. No callback policy is a major problem for customers.

@VodafoneUK So I’m almost a month in for an upgrade 😡 I’m on to Vodafone customer service now and 25 mins have been told that the only way I can get a new phone is if I place a new order. Can’t cancel the old one and can’t be issued with a new one in stock even when I’ve agreed to pay more!
