@VodafoneUK Hi Daniel, found a resolution after looking through other people’s posts here. Looks like the app no longer works with Chrome as default browser and I’ve had to go back to Safari in order to use it. Very disappointing! Please get app developers to fix for any browser. Thanks

@VodafoneUK Just to confirm, there's no FTTC network issues in my village? We get so many calls from people claiming to be from @OpenreachHelp saying we have poor speeds. I'm fed up of the spam calls. When I politely challenge them on it they get abrupt. CF644QS.

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

When will "technical problems" on Big Bundles be sorted pl @VodafoneUK ? Been 4 days now and credit balance being hit with £1 a day deduction - £30 for a month is the MOST expensive PAYG :(

@VodafoneUK It's only the next village over. I've just ordered a SIM for my mobile number two. I'll register my postcode & might do for that one as it's so close for when & if U do get the village covered. I know that maps are never really that accurate!

Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

I found it impossible to cancel my contract with Vodafone….despite calling and visiting their shop, where the customer service assistant used my phone to call the cancellation line as ‘his phone in store couldn’t call customer services 😡. Appalling company.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I have refused to use Vodafone after they wouldn’t recognise a British Forces Postal Office address as a legal address and refused to send me a replacement phone owed under my contract to me when my old phone stopped working. Took almost 3 years to end the contract. Never again.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not the same thing but they were incapable of transferring my DD to a new account a few years ago and left me with constant demands for money I was trying to pay whilst heavily pregnant. Their staff didn't even seem to understand how DDs worked. I'm sorry they've been so awful.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience with TalkTalk a few years ago. There was simply no way of cancelling and when I eventually got to speak to someone they hung up. I will never sign up for anything until I know what the exit strategy is.
