    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VodafoneUK Honestly it was awful that no one could help me after speaking to 4 different t people thet they didnt believe me of a text I had off vodaphone with an offer that they wouldnt match and it was off bloody Vodafone🤔told to to goto store and its bloody covid going on..

    So all in all crappy start to my switch to @VodafoneUK ... hope the phrase "start as you mean to go on" isnt applicable here.. seriously disappointed by their service so far 👍👍 seems all they care about it getting your money

    @VodafoneUK I can’t top up with my card through the My Vodafone app any more. Keeps saying error 6201. Have deleted and reinstalled but still no luck? Can you help?

    The @VodafoneUK saga continues - 2 calls today, 1 the line was so bad!! Another day without broadband and now another 24hrs until a manager can call me 😡😡😡

    1/2 @VodafoneUK 23 days without a landline or broadband and today was my fix date but guess what? No landline or broadband!!! And I’m now trying to ring them and the line keeps going dead

    @VodafoneUK Hi Daniel, found a resolution after looking through other people’s posts here. Looks like the app no longer works with Chrome as default browser and I’ve had to go back to Safari in order to use it. Very disappointing! Please get app developers to fix for any browser. Thanks

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

Is there really any point having ofcom..?It’s no wonder the service at Vodafone is so bad!?The customer service in this country these days is just a joke! Poor leadership, poor training and a lack of personal responsibility & ownership in the workplace

    @VodafoneUK Hi, just unistalled and reinstalled (had tried that already), doesn't help. No haven't had issue before and can still access the statements using app on old phone. Gone from Samsung S9 to A41 so am used to Samsung accesses for things
