@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK Keep away from the company. Nasty bastards. Threatened to sue me for returning one of their items to one of their shops because it didn't work with Apple laptop when tney said it would. Told me I hadn't taken it back. Their customer satisfaction levels are awful. Beware.
