    @MartinSLewis on chat with @VodafoneUK over an hour to recoup Β£18 in charges for ringing NHS 0845 number as 111 not available in Cwm Taf Wales to seek info on being in a vulnerable group as advised by my GP. Shocking. Will forward full transcript when received. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK My property's fault! According to @VodafoneUK. Never had the problem with other networks. Spot the problem!!

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Correct. But when you speak to them they talk about troubleshooting and fixing it. Horrific customer service no mention of a refund

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😑

    @VodafoneUK I'm unable to tell from the link you sent, when the maintenance effecting FK4 1HA will be finished. We've been with signal for days. Will I get a refund on my account? P. S. The link says 'Network Issues' - no mention of Maintenance.
