    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    I’ve don’t the math, I get a refund later in the week, Vodafone top up services is par bad words it doesn’t work but takes money and refunds a week later, I have to lift and get a voucher but that is defeating the purpose of online top up. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Hi Lisamarie, I never got to speak to a team member as I was on hold for 3 hours. The live support team told me I needed to call to cancel my package and get a refund and I never got through to anyone, the automated response cut me off after 3 hours and 18 minutes of waiting
