1/2 @VodafoneUK 23 days without a landline or broadband and today was my fix date but guess what? No landline or broadband!!! And I’m now trying to ring them and the line keeps going dead

@SkyHelpTeam I've done that through my app it said no known issues WiFi keeps dropping out and can't even get it on the second floor eventhough I have a booster there. Never had any issues like this with @VodafoneUK

Stay well clear of anything from @VodafoneUK, new iPhone confirmed faulty screen by Apple and in warranty but as it’s contracted to Vodafone they must authorise the replacement. Despite Apple confirmation Vodafone refuse to assist at all. ***Terrible Service***
