    @VodafoneUK Honestly it was awful that no one could help me after speaking to 4 different t people thet they didnt believe me of a text I had off vodaphone with an offer that they wouldnt match and it was off bloody Vodafone🤔told to to goto store and its bloody covid going on..

    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    Great customer service from @VodafoneUK sorting out my Ukrainian 🇺🇦guests free sim that was not working. Popped into the Pontypridd shop and sorted in minutes well done 👏.

    Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Since this I got wifi installed and it is down after 2days & same problem blaming each other. I have lost nearly 2 days pay in missed engineer appointments & time taking ringing up. My baby is unwell & this id time taken away from him.

    @VodafoneUK I can no longer pay my bill so Vodafone said They can’t lower my bill without me paying £300 to leave my contract. Then offered to set up a payment plan which I also can’t afford. I have been a loyal customer for 7years but I will not be renewing contract

    @VodafoneUK There seems to be no point I get told different things each time I ring up. The advisors I speak to get so-called updates from @CityFibre for example yesterday I was told @CityFibre need to send a engineer out to fix it & I ring today apparently that’s changed to be general

    @VodafoneUK what a joke of a company! My missus £70 a month phone contract ended last June. She dint notice. Until this month, so 6 months over of paying £70 for just a SIM card! We went to try talk and fix this up, they saying they can do nothing about it! @MartinSLewis
