    @VodafoneUK Yeah I've tried & it won't let me because it's not a legal name change. I get that for Eldritch reasons beyond my understanding you're required to have a legal name on the account. What I'm taking issue with is the fact I'm unable to opt out of having it used when you contact me.

    @VodafoneUK 5 hours on a DM and all we’ve done is pass security, with way too many questions IMO. Still no answers. I have a complaint. No one is taking my complaint. So now I want to escalate my complaint. Who do I speak to?

    @VodafoneUK I don’t feel anyone ive spoken to today has been determined to fix my issue. And the issue has come about from once again putting my hand in my pocket and spending more !! Im very disillusioned to be honest. I’d like to talk to someone who understands my issue!
