    @VodafoneUK our broadband with you was due to be activated yesterday. Today, still no broadband. All lights on router indicate no issues, but can't connect wirelessy or with cable I'm having to work from home and need access to internet

    @VodafoneUK Yes actually - I just broke poor Tobi with a complex roaming Q. If I take a new pay monthly contract & go to Spain in Feb 2022, with mobile data off, when do I get charged £2 - when phone connects to a network, when I receive a text, receive a call, send a text or make a call?

    Currently receiving the most shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK Their error as their adviser gave me the wrong information about my upgrade plan& now I’m expected to either return my new phone or pay more for a plan that I didn’t actually agree to! This makes no sense!

    @VodafoneUK Dear Vodafone. It is now one whole year since the local mast got taken down in Brentwood. On the south side (Warley) of Brentwood we have had practically no 4G in all that time and pretty well zero effort from Vodafone to rectify the situation. Very poor service.
