    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    1/2 @VodafoneUK 23 days without a landline or broadband and today was my fix date but guess what? No landline or broadband!!! And I’m now trying to ring them and the line keeps going dead

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had similar problems with another provider despite sending copy of death certificate. Complete inability to understand concepts such as executor or power of attorney or indeed to accept that they couldn’t talk to the account holder as he was deceased.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot FFS. What a stupid approach, what a stupid interbvention, what a stupid next step to suggest. These tools (Internet/Web/Social) SHOULD BE enabling you to offer outstanding levels of customer service. Instead you do this awful, impersonal **** and make things worse!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @KathyBurke @VodafoneUK Yep same thing happened when my mum passed away , even wanted to speak to her, as I wasn’t the account holder ,then my dad was getting letters addressed to her still demanding to pay a year later, ermmm slight issue with that happening

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So sorry to hear you have go tro this. My husband had problems with Vodafone and after no help for weeks emailed their CEO. Things moved quickly after that. I asked him for email link but unfortunately he's no longer got it but said found it after googling

    @GeorgeMonbiot @KathyBurke @VodafoneUK Just rack up the bill. They've been informed, you've done all you can. I'd not stress about it. When **** hits the fan on their end, they'll act and try and find out what went wrong. Recorded customer service calls will be reviewed and then resolution teams will hear it all.
