    1/2 @VodafoneUK 23 days without a landline or broadband and today was my fix date but guess what? No landline or broadband!!! And I’m now trying to ring them and the line keeps going dead

    Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    Seriously how difficult can it be for @VodafoneUK to sort out an issue with direct debits that they set up! An issue they created back in July with misinformation and it’s still not resolved but it’s my credit rating that gets a hit. Tried ringing and get no help at all!

    @VodafoneUK in my experience, if you’re looking for broadband don’t consider these lot. 3 weeks without broadband now. Existing customer who was “upgraded” at no extra cost. Haven’t had broadband since “activation” on 31 Oct. Waiting on someone to flick a switch apparently!
