  Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

Apparently they did this regularly. Cancelled at end of contract, never used any VM product since
