@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

@VodafoneUK Of course they’re never welcome, but you appear to be taking advantage of the current high inflation rates to justify the unjustifiable, knowing that people in the middle of a contract have no way out. I will be take this into consideration when my contract is up for renewal.

Half an hour wait to get through to @VodafoneUK + 5 minutes security checks etc, only to be told system's down & can I call again? "Could you call me? I don't want to waste another half hour". "Not possible, I'm afraid" "You're a telecoms company, and you can't call me back..?!"
