    @TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VodafoneUK your agents promise, but don’t deliver! I have just cancelled my contract after 3 weeks trying to upgrade my phone (never arrived)I was assured this month my account would be credited instead I have been charged nearly double including additional non requested data

    @VodafoneUK SO I've been on the phone for hours and hours waiting to fix the technical problem with my number transfer. Its been 10 days I've been without my number working, my business is based on bookings and I've lost two weeks of pay! My experience so far has been a NIGHTMARE

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

    @VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money you’ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if you’ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

    @VodafoneUK 2 nights in a row like clock work the same time your Internet goes down!! What is going on with you guys! No one in the call centre or chat have any idea or the reason why, just always there is a fault and working to fix it!! What is the bloody issue????

    @VodafoneUK Have tried everything and nothing is fixing it. They always say a few hours but by the morning it's fine and then in the evening at around 7ish it's messed up again and the same reply there is an issue again!

    @VodafoneUK do I cancel my new phone order with them as I only ordered it on the 10th October!! They are having trouble with the warehouse so perhaps don’t suggest to get the new iPhone with them and go with another network! but their service has been great whilst speaking!

    Hey @VodafoneUK can I ask is Vodafone aware of any problems with 4g data in the central Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 especially ML3 postcode area as of now I currently have 3 bars of 4g signal & nothing will load over 4g at the moment

    @VodafoneUK incredible how difficult you make it to cancel a contract.Trying for 2 months unsuccessfully due to poor web chat and phone response. Now I’m charged for the 2nd month for a phone my daughter hasn’t used jn 6 months as you never sent the sim i repeatedly asked for.
