The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.

  Since upgrading my internet package with @VodafoneUK, the latest wifi7 booster they sent out was tempermental at best. They sent me a new one out yesterday which failed to even function. I'm now on day 2 of them tryinbg to figure out the problem. Just replace the damn thing!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK My wife and I left Vodafone about 10 years ago after they implemented a new billing system and took 2 matching direct debits out of our accounts. I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since
