@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK How on earth can your system not spot 2 different broadband plans under same name and address. Requested cheaper plan and cancel original. New plan created old plan not cancelled. Been charged for both plans now charging termination fee on old plan 😡

@VodafoneUK I'm trying to cancel a big value bundle. Calling 2345 gave no option for it and just wanted to sell me another one. Same deal with the live chat. Same deal with the Twitter bot. What kind of scam are you running where you happily accept it but refuse to cancel it?

@Ofcom @itvnews I have made 4 applications to @VodafoneUK since 23 Jan for social tariff broadband. According to Vodafone criteria I do qualify. I receive confirmation email but then complete silence. I have spent hours on helpline trying to resolve issue. Investigate please.
