@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

@VodafoneUK One, rather simple, question - Does your latest modem sent out to customers let you rename devices from the web interface? Not the network SSID, Not MAC filtering, but renaming devices so they don't all appear as "Computer-14" or similar. Thanks.

@VodafoneUK My broadband has been shocking & worse so over the last week, customer service tells me it's fine!? Trying to work...I have spent the WHOLE day reconnecting every couple of minutes doesnt matter which room i'm in. Appaling broadband the worst we've been with 🤯
