    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

    @VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money you’ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if you’ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VodafoneUK SO I've been on the phone for hours and hours waiting to fix the technical problem with my number transfer. Its been 10 days I've been without my number working, my business is based on bookings and I've lost two weeks of pay! My experience so far has been a NIGHTMARE

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

    @VodafoneUK I embarrassingly asked my cousin to join Vodafone broadband. His install date is today. He has sat in all day and no one has showed. He phones customer service to be told he has to do it online for help. The online system says you have to phone. Useless.

    @VodafoneUK I find it incredible that to cancel an order that hasn’t yet been dispatched I’ve been told to wait for it to arrive and not accept delivery from the courier - it’ll then get returned and my order will be cancelled!! Order was due to arrive on 24th Dec !
