@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

For the first time today I've tried to get help from @VodafoneUK customer services regarding my partner's phone. All I can say is thank god I'm with @ee. They're not perfect but they can usually give a straight answer. I hope to never have to deal with Vodafone again.
