    1/2 @VodafoneUK 23 days without a landline or broadband and today was my fix date but guess what? No landline or broadband!!! And Iโ€™m now trying to ring them and the line keeps going dead

    @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya Yes, I have spent almost four hours of calls and online chats in the last week and nobody listens or does what they say!!! I am fed up of having to relay the problem. I want this sorted!

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @VodafoneUK Honestly it was awful that no one could help me after speaking to 4 different t people thet they didnt believe me of a text I had off vodaphone with an offer that they wouldnt match and it was off bloody Vodafone๐Ÿค”told to to goto store and its bloody covid going on..

    Great customer service from @VodafoneUK sorting out my Ukrainian ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆguests free sim that was not working. Popped into the Pontypridd shop and sorted in minutes well done ๐Ÿ‘.

    @MartinSLewis on chat with @VodafoneUK over an hour to recoup ยฃ18 in charges for ringing NHS 0845 number as 111 not available in Cwm Taf Wales to seek info on being in a vulnerable group as advised by my GP. Shocking. Will forward full transcript when received. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed with lack of care/service to mum . Power of attorney means nothing apparently.Her phone is broken.Had to cancel her contract as been on phone over 50 mins as mum doesnโ€™t know her code.She has memory problems hence Iโ€™m power of attorney. #complaint

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst business on the planet, caused me months of grief. Couldn't even complain because they never logged the complaints! Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.

    Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?
