    @VodafoneUK Itโ€™s not moved across and wonโ€™t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I donโ€™t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didnโ€™t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @MartinSLewis on chat with @VodafoneUK over an hour to recoup ยฃ18 in charges for ringing NHS 0845 number as 111 not available in Cwm Taf Wales to seek info on being in a vulnerable group as advised by my GP. Shocking. Will forward full transcript when received. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya Yes, I have spent almost four hours of calls and online chats in the last week and nobody listens or does what they say!!! I am fed up of having to relay the problem. I want this sorted!

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family ๐Ÿ˜ก

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    @VodafoneUK We have vodafone phone and internet. Just tried logging in. It's sent a message to one of our phones. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

    What is going on @VodafoneUK ? Ever since you bought @ThreeUK your network has been awful. An Edge signal in the middle of @LoveMeadowhall ?!! Frequent zero throughput, degraded signal strength *everywhere*. It's like going back in time 20 years!

    @VodafoneUK gi careful before you sign up to Vodafone. Their 5G service is hit and miss and they prevent you from using WiFi calling - so you can't call or receive calls - poor behaviour

    @VodafoneUK 5 months of worsening signal in Somerset. Support say no issues, but field readings show RSRP -123 dBm & SINR -0.3 dB. I have the data. Can someone actually investigate?
