@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK I have a non UK Apple ID. Family account, subscriptions, etc. The issue isn’t on mobile. It’s on the broadband pro and the necessity to use the app for setup/Alexa/etc. It’s sorted now, but frustrating.
