@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

@VodafoneUK how do i complain? I've been a cust over 15 yrs. Failure to take DD tho no issues. Ive sent 2 manual payments (1 you said you didn't need and would return...but still I'm waiting for it). What's going on? Can't get through online, spent ages waiting on the phone.

Day 4, and @VodafoneUK still with no updates apart from 'they're working on the problem' and have an update on Monday! No details on what the problem is, even though they 'apparently' sent out a technician yesterday. I wouldn't care so much but I got work to send out to clients.

@VodafoneUK 30 years as a customer Always chasing upgrades TWO new 36 MONTH phone contracts worth £3000 Absolutely no concession on phones not even the little upfront charge. Why should I bother to stay with Vodafone? Annoyed not pleased by the deal. Put down phone.

@VodafoneUK Would be handy if someone actually advised that before asking me to make contact. The options now not working. What would be easier, is if Vodafone just properly enabled WiFi calling for me. It must be the SIM or your side as worked before and the phone you gave me is supported??
