@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

Nice of @VodafoneUK to mug me off. One of my contacts run out so I cancelled it only to find out it never got cancelled so had to give another 30 days notice. Useless phone company. Anyone know if @TheO2 still buy out contracts I've genuinely have enough of them now.

@VodafoneUK why can’t Vodafone customers access the free station WiFi on London tube network anymore? This is really disappointing. All other services providers have access. This is a real game changer for me as to whether I stay with Vodafone! 😡
