    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Ended up needing to start Small Claims Court Action against them for them to back off and refund the money. Absolutely the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Sorry for your loss and glad you got it sorted (eventually).

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Just sold my shares in Vodafone. I switched away as a customer 5 years ago from bad service but hung on to shares hoping they’d improve. They clearly haven’t so shares sold now.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are all appalling these days . The best way of dealing with them is via signed for mail, giving them 28 days to close your account. Did this with Virgin. They still rang me everyday trying to make me cancel. Bloody nightmare company.Glad you got it sorted.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem, caused by Vodafone, where they incorrectly set my wife's new account up and lost her number when trying to trf it. It took over 25 hours of calls to get it fixed. Staff had no power nor knowledge to fix. /understand it. Drove us both crazy. Never again.
