@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@VodafoneUK No worries, Saul. Got it sorted. The trick is to hold your nerve and not hang up when the recording says "Thank you for calling Vodafone" - turns out if you brave the long silence then a real person eventually answers.

with speeds up to 150MPBS b)That there is 5G is planned for the next three months. I was quite impressed with @VodafoneUK service as they delivered the unit the next day morning at 8AM, plugged in, and couldn't get anything more than 40MBPS, which is what I already at home 2/9
