@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

So @VodafoneUK you've promised that the towers will be fixed by Aug 31st. That's coming up quickly and there has been little to no improvement in the service in #Newham. I truly hope you're on schedule because 79 days without proper service is #disgusting but more is #worse.

Not a fan of doing this but am extremely annoyed with customer service on @VodafoneUK. Used the app to pay my last phone bill and was told there was an error. So I closed the app, reloaded it and went through the app second time with success. I then check my bank account...
