Why do I have to resort to tweeting in order to get @CityFibre and @VodafoneUK to get their acts together and stop bombarding me with letters, texts and emails despite me phoning them asking for info which they don't send. If it's like this before I'm a customer...!

@VodafoneUK I upgraded yesterday, sent email to digitally sign and it wouldn't accept my Postcode, then spent over an HR on web chat with 4 different folk, to be finally told I don't have to do anything,it's already signed. Got email this morning for me to please sign... Help
