    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VodafoneUK trying to get my NUC for a phone I have and now getting told there is an issue in providing it? Why would that be when I have paid for the phone outright after an upgrade? Online support haven't been much help either, asked for a transcript - nothing. Can you assist?

    @VodafoneUK are you going to sort my issue!? 4x you’ve said you’ll unlock my iPhone and I’m still waiting months later after 4 phone calls 3 online forms and 100% promise last week that it’ll be done.Still waiting for this to be done so I can give tomy daughter for her birthday

    @VodafoneUK my phone arrived on Friday and still isnt activated! I’ve been in store and had 3 only chats all to be told it will be sorted in 24 hours on 4 separate occasions. If it still isn’t active today I will be returning the phone. Awful first impression for a new customer
