@VodafoneUK Absolutely horrendous costumer service, I ordered broadband on the 6/11 and still no service! The customer services only know how to get through the security questions. Hours on the phone answering security questions. They just shift you between different teams.

@VodafoneUK I haven’t added that extra in months I don’t think. When I called the number it seemed to have automatically upgraded my bundle to the more expensive one. I don’t think the extra worked even tho it said it did after hanging on but now I’ve just been charged £2 for 50MB. So bad!

@VodafoneUK Thanks. I'm guessing it's a supply issue, then? Not that the S22 plus model is never being stocked again (as it's a current Samsung range model)
