@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@VodafoneUK That link tells me something is not working and you can’t help me outside your working hours. It doesn’t even say what your working hours are. That’s not helpful. I upgraded my connection at increased cost and it stops working on the same day. Help me out Vodafone.
