@VodafoneUK Truly disgusted with the service from Vodafone customer service! 72 hours without any internet and false promises of an engineer making contact! I’ve wasted hours trying to sort this out and still no internet!

@VodafoneUK I am trying to upgrade my current plan and add a phone to the plan. #LongCovid makes your website impossible to navigate. I'm sure I'm not your only with this issue - I really need to speak to an adviser but constantly being told to use the website isn't helping!

@VodafoneUK I can’t get on the internet to check status. The problem always occurs in the SSO 0JP postcode and surrounding area

@swerytd @VodafoneUK I left Vodafone years back, for reasons like this. Even at the end, they told me what my final bill was and I paid. Then they billed me again after that. When I rang up, the customer service agent scream at me that I was wrong when I said I didn't understand what was going on.

@mitchell16031 @VodafoneUK It's a joke across South London too. And they suggest checking the checker that NEVER shows current issues.

@VodafoneUK ...I'd much rather pay less and have no reason to interact with the provider at all. I just want consistent service, no fuss and no apps that I don't want and can't remove forced on me. Thanks for your time though.
