@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

I took an extra contact out @VodafoneUK last Wednesday and am still waiting for my data to work seven days later!!! Been told it could be another seven days until it’s fully working!!!! And it could take up to 48 hours until a manager calls me. Very poor!

@VodafoneUK What's worrying is that I have a Daughter who works for the NHS from home & if it takes 2 plus days to get the phone working, how long will it take if the internet goes down? I did worry that service from you would be bad after a delayed connection & seeing bad reviews. PMd you.
