@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

Hi @VodafoneUK was in central and south west London today and your 4G service was appalling. Phone was showing 4 full bars, but no connection, severe slow speeds and unusable phone. Was there an issue? Having so many problems with your 4G lately

@VodafoneUK Your front line staff are also blissfully unaware of what a Power of Attorney actually is. They constantly ask to speak to the account holder who lacks the capacity and where I am legally entitled to act on their behalf. Shocking customer service 😡

@VodafoneUK @SamsungMobile support says MCK is owned by network provider. @VodafoneUK support says it will be provided only by manufacturer ( Samsung). Whose correct and will provide the MCK code ? Its frustrating !
