    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    Fuming with how **** @VodafoneUK are. Been with them 10 years get a discount every upgrade and not offering any discount on entertainment plans on the iPhone 11 this time. Although it was agreed with an employee last month. Disgusting and disgraceful customer loyalty. #shite

    @joeandseph @VodafoneUK out of the 3 #joeandseph popcorn flavours, the salted caramel is the best (i like it crunchy). 🍿 the milk choc one is the worst (way too sweet for me, and i don't like the choc quality). the white choc one feels like stale popcorn (but guess it's not meant to be crunchy).

    I imagine my responses to them will be “Yea, but you didn’t…, That wasn’t part of the deal… You’re literally worse than x y z and still claiming to not be the **** here”. I had to make a setting on devices to use another (@VodafoneUK) service as a backup because yours IS SO BAD

    @VodafoneUK Hi, our internet is off. White light blinking, have tried turning off and on again a few times. Shows "Sign in to network" but then won't reconnect and says to plug in the wire (obviously is plugged in!) Thanks

    @VodafoneUK why can you offer a free upgrade but can't cancel the remaining months on the contract? Surely if I pay a higher tariff I have paid for the phone already?

    @StevenMunro @virginmedia @VodafoneUK They’ve not provided the service I’ve paid for. They should also know this from their monitoring systems that are happy to point out when stuff is actually running and its a local hardware problem. Companies like that need to go and run away into the woods to never be seen again.
