@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

2) The third person also told me I was unable to get Spotify or Gmail on #iPhone which put me off @VodafoneUK Spoke to a really helpful tech in @WesternComputer #Oxford who corrected this and actually wanted to help me. Much better experience, #Vodafone take note.

@VodafoneUK can you explain how you can blacklist 1 imei slot on a brand new dual sim phone which has never been used by your company? You won't even look at evidence that there has been a mistake in blacklisting it!!

@VodafoneUK Please can you help me. My order that was due for delivery on Monday. I’ve had no info from DPD but when I spoke with CS on Monday they said it was sent out and should be with me by latest Tuesday. I’ve just checked tracking info and it hasn’t even been dispatched.

Super tired of seeing everyone ***** at @VodafoneUK @EE etc about roaming.. virgin-o2 are just not introducing roaming again THIS YEAR, but probs will next year.. jumping ship to avoid charges that for most will be only for 2 weeks abroad is extreme, I say this as a Voda customer
