    Not only that, @VodafoneUK , but I topped up the original £40 that failed (2 days ago) and I haven't gotten the money back. So I am now down £60! I am stuck with the £20 pack when I wanted the £40 pack and now I cannot get that for a month!

    @VodafoneUK live chat/customer service is crap, I've been passed around from adviser to adviser, had my chat session ended, I've upgraded then was sent the wrong phone, then my new contract cancelled. Now spent 1.5 hours on this dysfunctional live chat. Sort it out!

    So; Online agents take 1 hr 45 to resolve an issue, but cut me off I got back in the queue, wait 30 minutes and get cut off Can’t reconnect to any chat Advised to phone, but after nearly an hour of waiting, I still haven’t got through to anyone Why do I stay with @VodafoneUK ?
