  • taylored_beauty Claire Taylor (@taylored_beauty) reported from Llantwit Fardre, Wales

@VodafoneUK Truly disgusted with the service from Vodafone customer service! 72 hours without any internet and false promises of an engineer making contact! I’ve wasted hours trying to sort this out and still no internet!

  • PaulVaughan4 Paul Vaughan (@PaulVaughan4) reported from Church Village, Wales

@VodafoneUK I wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service

  • RaqueldeRowl Rachel Rowlands (@RaqueldeRowl) reported from Ynysybwl, Wales

@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

  • PaulVaughan4 Paul Vaughan (@PaulVaughan4) reported from Church Village, Wales

    @VodafoneUK why haven’t I got phone signal ?

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • FrancisHaysom Francis Haysom (@FrancisHaysom) reported

@VodafoneUK if you phone me up to check my broadband fault is fixed on an unknown number then don’t be surprised I don’t want to give my security login details even if I could remember them. Simple question does not need this

  • kneecoal_ Nicole 🌼 (@kneecoal_) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, my signal had been really bad lately around Dronfield S18. I have done the service checker and that is all good. Bit annoying pay nearly £50 a month when I can barely use my phone sometimes.

  • Jason_F86 Jason Fitness (@Jason_F86) reported

@VodafoneUK If I upgrade and pay £100 up front for the handset, can I ring up in say 3 months and pay some more? Would this bring down my monthly amount? I tried asking TOBi but I think he must have had one too many last night because he’s having technical difficulties

  • J1mmy1985 James Howarth (@J1mmy1985) reported

@VodafoneUK Don't you love it when customer service reps don't read full threads...maybe go back and watch the initial video of me showing that the bar has been switched off.

  • draPATtesting DRA PAT Testing (@draPATtesting) reported

@VodafoneUK you advertise having the best signal in my area (NE28) but the signal has been terrible for months - what’s going on? I’m very close to leaving for @EE

  • CabinClassBoy Ben (@CabinClassBoy) reported

So once again the @VodafoneUK sketchy 3/4G signal is happening in Aberdeen city centre, ironically in the location of your Aberdeen store. Is there a known issue at the moment?

  • draPATtesting DRA PAT Testing (@draPATtesting) reported

@VodafoneUK But surely even if 5G is patchy I should be getting a good signal off 4g? I don’t need to check signal strength checker as I’m in the area and know it’s crap. Whole of Newcastle / Tyneside has been terrible for months

  • CallingGautam gautam kumar (@CallingGautam) reported

@VodafoneUK He is not helping me here and does not reply, Jio network is better than this.

  • nigeljamieson Nigel B. Jamieson (@nigeljamieson) reported

It seems that all the horror stories associated with @VodafoneUK are true. Shambolic broadband service for what in 2023 should be a smooth transition from another provider #vodafone

  • bulliesinblue Diana Stroh (@bulliesinblue) reported

@VodafoneUK Asked to be contacted via email with update about my complaint. Received an email saying we've tried to ring you without success, we've closed your complaint...! The sad fact is...I don't expect any better...!!!!
