@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@VodafoneUK #reliability unfortunately must be a joke. Your network works well, but customer service is something else. As a business customer, have a lost handset, was sent to a vodafone store, who say they cannot help and we should never have been sent to them as they cannot help business!
