@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@VodafoneUK Curve tracker out of stock in Dove Grey, still for sale on website. No trackers, no email, no promised 'customer service' calls. Out of pocket £85 (receipt): offered £6 credit towards a £288 subscription (paid £45 for trackers). Appalling.

@CityFibre & @VodafoneUK, an incomplete broadband install with a promise of a call in 24hrs. Over 48hrs later, no call. Online chat & in store offering no help. Over 30-minutes on hold. Not a great start for a new customer. Any chance I can get my broadband?
