    @VodafoneUK Any chance you could tell @AhmedShelbaya to respond to my messages and explain how my line was cut off for 2 weeks in error? Also why no adequate compensation has not been granted seeing as I'm a loyal customer with 4 lines with you?

    @VodafoneUK Very angry by serious mistakes that led to 10+ hours on hold, escalations, I've received several 'goodwill gestures' as apology YET the issue is still NOT resolved! You've sent me to collections TWICE due to YOUR billing errors ruining my credit score.

    @VodafoneUK Hmmm. Can anyone please tell me why Vodafone is repeatedly allow unauthorised access to my account and allowing changes to be made. I am still waiting fir an explanation and have even escalated this to Shelly Malton- Customer Services, Operations and Digital Director

    @MastersMich @VodafoneUK Vodafail more like. Worst network provider for me and worst customer service. They sent me threatening overdue letters and knackered my credit rating over a grand total of £0.00. Took months to resolve. I was a customer for 15 plus years too.

    Literally only had @OpenreachHelp come out and sort my internet yesterday telling me it’s all ok and it’s already dropped out again today and dropped back down to the slower speeds. What gives @VodafoneUK ?!?
