    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VodafoneUK hi, I have had no broadband since the 30th December (it should of been switched on) I was on the phone / online chat for 5 hours on the 31st, I was promised that today between 8 and 1 an that open reach would fix it. It’s not fixed and they can’t come in. Help!

    @VodafoneUK 5hrs in total since Wednesday. Just been told that no one has put the request to fix the issue of my sim not working on my business account. Takes an hour to get to this point every time. Spoken to seven different agents. All affable but just keeping me on the phone or chat

    @VodafoneUK beware folks when ur terminating ur pay monthly contract with this company. They force u to join @VOXI_UK their sister company and give u no other option n the service is pathetic . Put ur foot down n demand ur pac code - it’s ur legal right at the end of the contract

    @VodafoneUK I four contract phones with you as I use them for work two of my staff left and didn’t bring the handsets back so got a barrier to put on the handsets. I have got the handsets back 6 times over 6 days you have said you will unblock them and still blocked #help
