@VodafoneUK Just to confirm, there's no FTTC network issues in my village? We get so many calls from people claiming to be from @OpenreachHelp saying we have poor speeds. I'm fed up of the spam calls. When I politely challenge them on it they get abrupt. CF644QS.

Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

We had one as well a few years ago but we never paid the money cuz as long as they don't send you a letter for a direct court invitation they have nothing against u in their hand.
