We had one as well a few years ago but we never paid the money cuz as long as they don't send you a letter for a direct court invitation they have nothing against u in their hand.

@VodafoneUK Wife was a loyal customer for 20 years she asked to join a advertised plan but was told it was for new customers only. Poor form from Vodafone enough to finally make her leave. It seems customer loyalty is no longer rewarded anywhere, always best to shop around.
