After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

The reality is I’ve been on multiple calls (incl escalation to Tech2) plus several web chats all of which have not succeeded and in most cases the line goes dead or the webchat crashes. Hours lost. No call backs.
