After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

Itโs only been activated two weeks ago and itโs barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasnโt the worst thing in life
