@VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

Today, Jeremy Vine on BBCR2 had Vodafone as one of the topics of discussion today, where bereaved people were unable to cancel the contracts of their beloved ones who passed away.
