This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

Hopefully we'll complete soon.
