    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. Very Me isn't working, just getting a white screen. Asked Support and they have no idea and told me to text ACCESS to 97788 but that's not the problem. Looks like other people have issues too. Can you look into it please? #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK, by far, is the worst Internet company i upgraded last month on the 18th they had a whole month to get my Internet ready they sent me the WiFi router and shut my Internet off and expect me to wait until January the 3rd for Internet i am done paying for you ****
