@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK But it’s not “current” is it @VodafoneUK ? That’s the dishonest part. The services seem to be down at the same time every night from late evening (11ish?) into the early hours of the next day. I don’t know for how long. It’s obviously scheduled so why misrepresent it?

@KevSepho82 @VodafoneUK Interesting thing for you, my iPhone 11 Pro internet is slightly slower than the mrs galaxy s20. Both on the same network in the same house. How is her phone faster than mine? Yet before the announcement of the iPhone 13 we was equal or mine was faster? 🤔

@ourrachblogs @VodafoneUK I started off with them 20 years ago and moved to various others and now I’m back with them. Not too good customer service but great signal for me. Best go on the website and most have a signal checker.

@VodafoneUK Ungrateful network now they do credit check when upgrading existing customer and using excuse some law that only exists for Vodafone apparently. Avoid them at all costs!
