Their call service agents are bullies, ignorant and rude! Their complaint process is a joke! The sooner they are out of business the better!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK First of all, my condolences on the loss of your mother. I’ve not had that experience just yet, but when I decided to leave Virgin Media Broadband it took 3 days to cancel the contract and I had all the relevant answers! I think they make it difficult to leave on purpose.
