    @MartinSLewis on chat with @VodafoneUK over an hour to recoup £18 in charges for ringing NHS 0845 number as 111 not available in Cwm Taf Wales to seek info on being in a vulnerable group as advised by my GP. Shocking. Will forward full transcript when received. Please help.

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
