@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK We will believe that when we see it Muhammad. Every day we are told it will be resolved that day, yet here we are 9 days down the line, now being told Tuesday. This is really poor. Our contract only started 11th Jan. First impressions = terrible.
