@VodafoneUK oh please...I did all that tried 2 devices, 2 browsers. Turns out when I asked for my email to be updated 4 years ago... it never was. So despite getting emails on the right account my login was apparently still my old email.

@CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

@VodafoneUK Ordered Gigafast 500 for £32 per month on a discounted price. Vodafone secretly cancelled it only to raise the price to £48 and telling me that I can only place a reorder on this price!! What kind of games are you playing here? The worst ISP on the planet!
