    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    .@VodafoneUK - for the past 2 months we have been having issues with a direct debit that has been set up for 6 years. Support said its an issue yourside, when will this be fixed as paying manually each month is huge PITA! 😡😡

    2/3 a After speaking to over 6 different @VodafoneUK customer service agents, spending over 8hrs on the phone and also raising a complaint. @VodafoneUK are yet to provide this document in order for @LikewizeRepair to proceed with replacing my phone.

    It seems impossible to cancel a @VodafoneUK contract! 'Pay final bill first, then cancel. But you can't get the final bill until you've cancelled.' Result: bills keep coming, but they're not the final bill . . . My advice, Never ever contract with Vodafone. Worst corporate bully.

    Now more problems with @VodafoneUK saying I owe almost 400 for air time. I was a victim of mobile fraud there is no way my bill is that much plus monthly charge wrong and also date payment taken. Your fraud team has this under investigation

    @WilliamCLife @CustomNameee @VodafoneUK Different Places have different Signals to the Service. Though VOXI is an MVNO to Vodafone they don’t have all Masts and Towers Vodafone has, they have selected ones they pay for. Do you may have Vodafone in one area with lots of signal but on VOXI in the same area have none.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been on the phone and on chat with your customer service team since 11.13am repeating myself and constantly being disconnected where details of my call and chat miraculously don’t appear on your system so no. I don’t want another form of contact with your team.

    @VodafoneUK @RegardlessOfRH If your broadband only customer then you don't get rewards, I've been a broadband only customer for about 5 years and never had any rewards showing on the app. So I'm looking to move to EE now for broadband now as vodafone broadband only customers don't matter.
