    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @VodafoneUK you make it so difficult for your existing customers. The frustration from having to send in proof of id etc when I've been a customer for 23yrs. I could understand if a new customer, I've never missed a payment. 1st time I was sent the wrong link. Endless hrs wasted!

    @VodafoneUK Nothing. Your network is garbage and unreliable (have you read Trustpilot recently @VodafoneUK?). Honestly, wouldn’t even give me a PAC code without termination when I have been without signal for over a week… not the first time either.

    Vodafone @VodafoneUK is a joke. Upgraded to a new phone and airtime contract only to be charged for the old and new airtime contract. Why would I knowingly want to pay you twice?! Spent two hours on phone to call centre with no resolution….Cc. @MoneyTelegraph
