@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

@TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK No mine are Alexa devices, and I have worked around the Vodafone issue by creating a hotspot on my phone with the same SSID+pwd as the original SSID on the VF router, until the VF issue is resolved. Hope this helps you

@VodafoneUK @emmalb1988 absolute nonsense. Your chat bot is inoperable on an ipad. The response is pathetic. Your customer service teams can’t speak english. It’s simple basic stuff, that no doubt a few top managers have taken huge salaries to deliver an extraordinary rubbish service.
