They’ve got some serious problems with the service but are hesitant to admit anything and just say the services are running fine.

Can't help but think that after 6 cancellations someone shouldn't check why, every one I've spoken to has just said I'll reorder this will go through this time.. is there commission on upgrades. Darren Allez l'OM ⚪ 💙 (@Rotmm) reported@VodafoneUK Yes. Over wired on main pc, wireless on Surface Pro and also at thinkbroadband speed test on mobile WiFi. Have the Vodaphone Broadband app. Ran the Broadband Service Test, no outages detected. Did the same yesterday and Sunday, same result.
