    @TwopTwips @VodafoneUK No probs, it may take an hour to properly resolve, but this cut out 95% of the timeouts I was having.

    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

    @VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money you’ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if you’ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

    @VodafoneUK so thank you for telling me on the phone that you would prefer to lose a customer of 20 years than sort out the faulty phone you sent me (and it’s only an iphone6, not one of the fancy ones)!! I wonder how much money I’ve given you over 20years...

    @VodafoneUK your agents promise, but don’t deliver! I have just cancelled my contract after 3 weeks trying to upgrade my phone (never arrived)I was assured this month my account would be credited instead I have been charged nearly double including additional non requested data

    @VodafoneUK SO I've been on the phone for hours and hours waiting to fix the technical problem with my number transfer. Its been 10 days I've been without my number working, my business is based on bookings and I've lost two weeks of pay! My experience so far has been a NIGHTMARE

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

    @VodafoneUK It is a mobile sim only contract. I have been advised that the account is ‘open’ with a bar on it for trouble shooting and that takes 24 hours to be completed so they can’t cancel while it is open. I now have to call back tomorrow and go through the same disastrous experience!

    @RickyTFC @VodafoneUK Signed up to a two-year Vodafone contract in 2015 and after the worst service and hours on the phone I committed 10 days later to see it out and then NEVER renew (after 12 years with them). Been with 3 since 2017 and it’s so much better.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is disgraceful. Over 11 hours on the phone to you in 2 weeks trying to resolve issues caused by you. Most of this has been wasted by your employees putting me on hold to "read notes"
