@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

@VodafoneUK is My Vodafone experiencing issues? It keeps popping up with a weird robot captcha when I try to login. Every time I answer it correctly then it says an unexpected error occurred when trying to log me in. The mobile app also keeps popping up with the 10s timer.
