@VodafoneUK oh dear not a good start to our new relationship. I’ve just come over to you as you promised better service at a better price! Not my experience in the last two days of being a customer. Auto service said wait time 1-2 minutes errr 22 minutes so far! #regret so soon.

@VodafoneUK Unless they are going to dispatch our new router today, then what's the point... As if they can, then why in earth haven't they already? Also we weren't informed of the delay, but had to chase your operators for this information. It's not even showing on the app. Again terrible!

@VodafoneUK hi, my iPhone keeps going to voicemail when people ring me. Are there any know issues? I deactivated my voicemail early then it said phone unavailable. When I reactivated voicemail my phone started working briefly.

@VodafoneUK Asked why my mother is being charged £1 a day. Your customer service person could only reply what was on her script. We are now looking at other mobile companies for her. She has been with Vodafone for years. Vodafone treat their customers appallingly.
