@VodafoneUK shocking service. Unable to call EE numbers which seems to be a known issue on your online forum, fixing resolution doesn't work and i can not terminate my contract. Leaving your customers with no choice is truly shameful.

Getting very annoyed with @vodafoneuk internet issues. Second time in a matter of months that we’ve had days of connection issues to be told it will take 72hours to resolve. Anyone have really good service from their provider?

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately, this is the kind of service you provide, to a large number of your customers. I have made numerous complaints and they are never resolved. Luckily, I have been released from contract. I am counting the days until I go back to BT and a normal broadband connection!
