Just spent 2.5 hours on a live chat to @VodafoneUK and still no progress. They tried to process the order and got stuck with the same issue as before. How is this acceptable to treat customers like this? Can’t even make a complaint easily.

@MelJStride Members of your constituency have been without electricity today. This combined with @o2 and @VodafoneUK removing phone signal means rural communities have been totally cut off which is completely unacceptable.

@VodafoneUK I have just spent another hour on the phone trying to get my service back. I am told the next level tech team will call in the next 24-72 hours. My wife using this internet connection to run a care company. Can you ask her patients to hold everything for that time. Appalling

@VodafoneUK Hi I recently put a Voxi sim into my spare phone and registered an account but as yet 24hrs later they have not activated the sim card? I cannot log in as the two stage verification process, Send passcode never arrives.
