@VodafoneUK oh dear not a good start to our new relationship. I’ve just come over to you as you promised better service at a better price! Not my experience in the last two days of being a customer. Auto service said wait time 1-2 minutes errr 22 minutes so far! #regret so soon.

@VodafoneUK ironic really, a company that is meant to sell bband can’t even have a good connection for their staff. No wonder they screw you over. They have cost me £1000s is missed leads and employees hanging around for engineers not to visit. Easily the worst company to trade

@McAllisterandCo @VodafoneUK I am on day 7 waiting for them to actually provide me with internet. Line fault on first day and nothing since. Multiple promises it would be fixed in 24 hours... 7 days later still waiting. Multiple calls, chats, DMs, tonnes of platitudes but no action. Disgraceful service.

@VodafoneUK why am I not surprised that no matter how many times I tried to@buy broadband from you through an affiliate link that had a £100 gift card incentive, it had an error. But the one time I try through your own site there is no issue at all. Suspicious much?
