    @VodafoneUK Wow my vodafone is a broken mess on ios at the moment. Won't connect, says no network yet I can stream videos on my partners phone during the message! Works on android though. Oh and those security hoops. What a total shambles. #feelbadfriday :(

    @VodafoneUK I am very unhappy that after years of being a devoted customer Vodafone have increased my contract bill per month, even though it is rolling. Why do you charge long-term customers more? I want to switch to O2.

    @VodafoneUK what’s going on with payg? It’s taken all credit lost all saved data and now wants more top up money and app doesn’t work. I reinstalled app logged out and in. Really poor service.

    @VodafoneUK Help. We have no network in SO21 1AZ! There's an exclamation mark where bars of signal should show and our phones say network is "temporarily unavailable". Neither Samsung Galaxy or Pixel phone will switch to use wifi calling, even though we have good internet.

    Just dialled @VodafoneUK on 191 for 1st time as a new customer. I have to say in my 50+ yrs on this rock, I have never used an automated system as unfit for purpose as this. Has anyone from #vodafone tried to use it themselves? It just does not work. #poorservice
