@VodafoneUK It’s never been that busy though. I find it staggering to believe that for 11 days in a row between 9am and 10pm there’s no free agents. I’ve seen other make the same query about no agents being available. There’s clearly an issue with the chat bot.

@VodafoneUK are a bunch of scammers. I topped up to renew my bundle and they took my credit claiming I sent or received an SMS. FALSE. These geniuses have spent hours and hours of work for justifying not giving me back £1. ONE STUPID POUND. THIEVES.
