    Third night on mobile 3G with one bar waiting for @VodafoneUK to get my broadband back on. Never would have thought in 2023 these things would be so difficult. Even more so when it's part of a bereavement service. Not cool.

    @VodafoneUK Worst customer care service ever. I cancelled broadband within cooling off period. Due to tech issue the return package never arrives. After 5 months, vodafone is forcing me to pay the fee the bill for it. Lost 5 hours of draining conversation already.
