@VodafoneUK our broadband with you was due to be activated yesterday. Today, still no broadband. All lights on router indicate no issues, but can't connect wirelessy or with cable I'm having to work from home and need access to internet

@VodafoneUK Mint condition, clearly a manufacturing problem if ypu think im going to want it repaired or replaced ur having a laugh. Its the 2nd handset, a third one will be identically flawed. Clearly there is a seating issue in the SIM housing internally that SONY just let happen

4/n while waiting to get connected I then got a message saying that the customer support chat has now closed. This was at 12.30pm UK time. This is not the first time I've had to spend hours in your chat because of mistakes @VodafoneUK has made. Your customer service is appalling
