    @VodafoneUK oh dear not a good start to our new relationship. I’ve just come over to you as you promised better service at a better price! Not my experience in the last two days of being a customer. Auto service said wait time 1-2 minutes errr 22 minutes so far! #regret so soon.

    I think I'm going to absolutely lose my mind at how **** @VodafoneUK's help functions are. I just need to speak to an actual person to arrange someone to come fix a fault. That's all. It appears to be impossible.

    @VodafoneUK @Apple It came with a wire to link to another apple device. Have sorted this issue by going and purchasing a charger. The lack of charger should be expressed at point of sale!

    @VodafoneUK hello - I’ve just rang to renew my phone after being with Vodafone for 15 years but better deals with u as a new customer. Surely loyalty should be rewarded? I asked to leave and join a different Vodafone network and I would lose my number for 30 days. Absolute joke
