@VodafoneUK #Vodafonedown I’ve been trying to sign up to the superfast 2 deal as an existing customer. As soon as I login in your network goes down. I’ve been trying 2.5 hours. 3 calls and spoken to 7 advisors and none the wiser. Is this a sign not to sign up for broadband.

@VodafoneUK It says estimated delivery date 3-4 weeks, it’s been 3 and there are no updates. A customer support analyst said no later than 30th.... which is Monday and still no phone. Not really acceptable as it was ‘in stock’ when I ordered it!!!!!
