    @VodafoneUK oh dear not a good start to our new relationship. I’ve just come over to you as you promised better service at a better price! Not my experience in the last two days of being a customer. Auto service said wait time 1-2 minutes errr 22 minutes so far! #regret so soon.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to cancel my internet broadband contract with yourselves but I’m unable to obtain a cancellation email. I spoke with your cs team a few times (including a senior) and their unable to advise. Also I have no idea how to return your router… plz advise!

    @VodafoneUK Done all that, no luck. Apparently it’s got to happen on the date we said wasn’t suitable. Can’t be changed! Complaint on its way. Both working online from home on activation day chosen by u & @OpenreachHelp so look forward to being interrupted for anything up to 2 hours. Great!
