@VodafoneUK oh dear not a good start to our new relationship. I’ve just come over to you as you promised better service at a better price! Not my experience in the last two days of being a customer. Auto service said wait time 1-2 minutes errr 22 minutes so far! #regret so soon.

@VodafoneUK Hi Jack, thank you - but please note it is still listed as "active" from 22 Jan 2018 rather than "closed" on two separate credit reports I have. Given I do not have any active accounts with Vodafone, please may you help with this? Thank you.
