    @VodafoneUK oh dear not a good start to our new relationship. I’ve just come over to you as you promised better service at a better price! Not my experience in the last two days of being a customer. Auto service said wait time 1-2 minutes errr 22 minutes so far! #regret so soon.

    @VodafoneUK been on to your call centre for 2 hours now, still not on to correct department. Cancelling our wire signal box, we now have no signal need to cancel or you guy pay for our wifi! Absolutely atrocious customer service on phone…wonder how long this will take

    @VodafoneUK So DM your auto-bot that still can't give me an answer as to why the E12 area of Manor park has had such bad data access for so long. I tried to DM, no answers and no help. When will the data in this largely poor, highly ethnic, immigrant area be restored?

    Shame on you @VodafoneUK for attempting to damage our homes and our destroy our beloved garden! This us causing undue stress after an already terrible few years for many people. Extra insurance, extra maintenance payments, extra fire risks. No 5G on our homes!

    @VodafoneUK what the heck? If you live in a rural area it’s likely you have a poor internet service and you’ve stopped providing the service of a signal booster? So now I have rubbish mobile signal and unstable Wi-fi calling.

    @VodafoneUK Yeah, I tried the bot on the website. As soon as you want to cancel you then have to ring the phone number that doesn't get answered... really not good

    been with @virginmedia for 10yrs & paying £65/m for 350Mb/s (I only get 15-50Mb/s), they have refused to help, replace hardware & lower tariffs. As there is no loyalty, it’s time to find an ISP that actually gives a good service. What are your thoughts on @VodafoneUK @bt_uk
