Why do companies no longer acknowledge loyalty to the brand... recently moved car insurance after 5yrs and saved 35% and now after 13yrs moving from @VodafoneUK as saved £40pm for same deal, they offered me £7pm saving! Its easier to keep a customer than seek out a new one!

@VodafoneUK Call back.. get through. Same old. We’ve had open reach out, engineers in. We’ve switched channels and every other setting as advised. Lines have been tested again and again. Most agents suggest that the router is a bit old and could be the problem.

@timrileylondon @VodafoneUK Worked for us (couple of SMS 2fa things worked fine) - good job as our SureSignal has died (again - 3rd unit we've had over the years) - useful test is to login to Vodafones web site as they still use SMS for 2fa (less secure than Google Authenticator but a start).
