I have to wait up to 72 hours to even speak to the technical team but I must continue paying and can't leave. I really can't afford to pay them for a service they're not providing.

So far, in the past 2 weeks if been f***ed about by @Protyre (charged me for fitting motorcycle tyres when they can't) @VodafoneUK (didn't bother to cancel my contract) @Halfords_uk (who couldn't do the alignment on a spirit level never mind a car) I think I know why 1/2

@VodafoneUK and @dpd have lost my phone. it's been a week since DPD picked up my 3 month old @SamsungUK fold4 for warranty repair and now can't find it. And no one is doing anything. Typical Vodafone customer service.
